As a concerned and involved parent, I have been deeply disappointed with the way this school has chosen to treat some of its parents. It has become increasingly clear that there is a clear bias towards certain parents, while the rest of us are treated with disdain and disrespect. Despite my efforts to engage with the school and ask essential questions, I have found that the staff are often unable or unwilling to provide me with the answers I seek.
Recently, I attended a parent-teacher conference, hoping to discuss my child's progress and any concerns I had. However, what I experienced was nothing short of a complete letdown. The conference was rushed and chaotic, and I felt ignored and dismissed. Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, the staff skipped over me in favor of another parent who was running late. When it was finally my turn, I was rushed through my appointment and told that the conference's purpose was not to ask questions but simply to receive information.
I left the conference feeling frustrated and angry. I had come to the school in good faith, hoping to engage in a productive conversation about my child's education, and instead, I was treated like an inconvenience. It is deeply concerning that the school seems to have no interest in engaging with parents or addressing their concerns. As a parent, I have a right to be heard and to receive answers to my questions, and I expect the school to honor that right.

My child was being bullied, she told the teacher, and nothing happened. This child (boy) even spit in my daughters face and we were not informed. If our brave 5 year old hadn't told us, we would have NEVER known. The school has also sent the wrong child to our car in the pick up line, multiple times. This school is unsafe and if someone wanted to abduct your child, they could easily do so. They literally have a number on your child's backpack which correlates with the number on the parent's vehicle, and they still send the wrong child over many times. We are ready to pull our kids out due to the safety concerns.

My daughter is super smart. I love teachers that challenge her abilities and help her grow. She is shy so it helps to encourage social growth. Some teachers understand that while others don't, but I feel these teachers give their best either way

Really great school. Most of the staff are really friendly and go out of their way to make things great for the kids and parents. I moved back to this town just for my children to go to this school. I also know someone who moved here because they really accommodate her handicapped family member that goes here where the last school was very difficult for the child. What a blessing.

A great school, with staff that truly care about the students, and their families. The info on this website is out of date, but the current principal, Amy Roney, is fantastic! The parent/teacher organization works hard to plan fun, family-friendly activities and its just a great school all around! We feel so blessed to be a part of this school.
