Our experience at Shadow Lake has been excellent! There is a great community, school and PTA plan tons of events thru the year, engaging parents and staff. Front office staff is always warm, friendly and helpful. The principal greets all the kids in the morning with a smile. Overall vibe of the school is happy and safe. So far all my kids teachers have been lovely, communicative and have addressed issues promptly.

My children have thrived at Shadow Lake, and love their teachers and Tiger Family so much that the last day of school before summer vacation brings tears because they'll miss it so much. Leadership has fostered a strong, supportive, positive and inclusive community.

I have seen the adult bullying adults, adults bully kids, kids bullying kids... And then get the questions of why is this happening or your child is bad. When they are picking up terrible behaviors from school.

1. - Over all, a few bad apples spoiled the bunch. This past year they did some rearranging and hopefully it will get better with new staff. With that said, I would keep a mindful eye and ask your children how they are and if they like the school. Make sure to ask questions everyday! And be careful when dealing with the staff, they tend to think they know whats best for your child.

I don't think the homework is any different from other schools.

There are some really good teachers here and there are some really bad ones and I hope that you never have to experience the later.

To say this school helps develop the children's character is would be laughable. The teachers spend more time doing damage control then teaching. Other parts of the staff are either busy trying to bully the parents or children. To me this is not the right character building I would want for my children.

I have been told that when there are problems, that as long as someone is taking care of them the Dean and Principle don't need to know. To me this is the epitome of wrong, since it had come from the principle.

the teachers at Shadow Creek are mature and experienced. From the moment children walk in, they are taught the ethics of the school. I felt that the school nurtured diversity, and worked tirelessly to help each child find their own path

I have had 3 of my 7 children attend this school so far and I am so very pleased with it. Everything I hoped for in this school I can excitedly say I have seen and received with the teachers, the environment and the curriculum. I am so happy that we moved to this area to have our kids be part of this school.
