They teach every morning kids to love God and love each other like themselves.

Homework been given to the students every Monday with due date on Friday. Which works great for my second grader. He has plenty of time doing it every day and able to ask for help if needed before due date.

While I can say that the staff, teachers and admin at RCS are caring people, the education being served up is below standard and rudimentary. It is being taught by unqualified (lack education degrees and teaching certificates) people. Not sure how deep the sand is that other people posting here have their heads in, but I would encourage as much research as possible including asking for documentation of teaching credentials. I believe those below would be surprised if they were to review.

I would encourage all parents of minority students to be watchful of the preschool program, particularly. Our experience has led us to remove our son from their facility which was heavily encouraged by all state licensing and approval bodies who we expressed our concerns to. I could go on with unprofessional conduct and specifics about our toddler, but I don t want to sound like a ranting parent. The only real advice that I can pass along to other families is to research, research, and research. My husband and I after raising questions about this school s conduct started to dig a little deeper into the school. We discovered through our research that the Maple Valley Preschool campus was not an approved private preschool although it operates under the umbrella of Rainier Christian Schools (a subsidiary). Why pay a private institute that offers less than a public school education (after all your taxes covers that) and also performs substandard to their marketing materials, and lastly contradicts their love for God as you see how they imprint their personal views onto toddlers. Shameful.

I attended RCS K-12, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Caring teachers, top-notch academics, sports, orchestra, band, and choir.

I work in the Rainier Christian District, and love being a part of this district! I love how we work to meet the academic needs of the children. We team up across the district to share ideas and encourage each other. I love teaching the children about character values, spiritual truth, academics, as well as art. I love the community that makes up Rainier Christian Schools.

We have four children who all attended Rainier Christian Schools from 1st-12th grades. They were VERY well prepared for college: academically prepared to obtain several academic scholarships, spiritually prepared to defend their faith, physically prepared to participate in college athletics, and socially prepared to make friends that encourage and built them up. Super happy with RCS!

I switched my daughter to Rainier Christian Schools when she was in 5th grade from a different private Christian School. It was the best decision I made! Her teachers cared about her success as a student and she began to like school again.

RCS is a great school. Academics and social nurturing is grade A. My daughter and my son both goes to RCS and they are academically and socially well rounded children.

I have 2 boys (8 and 16) at Rainier Christian Schools and love it! Both my boy's have attended since Kindergarten and my youngest also attended daycare since age 1. Rainier Christian feels like family to us. We love the teachers, staff and administrators who are passionalte about our child's spiritual and educational development.

I have two children there and I am completely satisfied. They have a Fredric academic program that challenges the students and brings out the best in them. The principal and teachers obviously care about the students and their education.

I love Rainier Christian Schools. My son's been there since 3rd grade and is now a junior in high school. My daughter is a 7th grader, having been there since 1st grade. So, we've experienced 3 campuses - Maple Valley Elementary, the middle school, and the high school. The teachers and admin. staff love the kids and put their whole heart and mind into their jobs. They also love the families and do anything they can to support us in so many ways. Imagine a student that says "I love the middle school!" That's my daughter. I'm amazed and so blessed. We love the small class sizes, loving family-like atmosphere, and the education.

This is our first year at Maple Valley elementary/Rainer Christian school and I have nothing but love for it!! Such a great community of teachers and staff. The heart for children at this campus is unexplainable.

I have worked for Rainier Christian Preschool in Auburn for almost 20 years, and my two daughters two daughters went from preschool through 12th grade in our Rainier Christian Schools district. Our experience has been nothing but positive. The education these kids receive...even in the preschool level is top notch. We care about our kids and their families! Rainier Christian Schools is a community of family and friends... when one hurts we all hurt. When someone is in need our community reaches out to help any way we can. Rainier Christian School district is a non-profit organization, so funding is not always available for facility and classroom upgrades. Teachers and Staff do not always get yearly raises and are very underpaid, but we stay because we love our kids, schools and we love to minister to our community. If we were to win this extra funding we would put it right back into our programs. And believe me, right now, we could use this extra. Thank you for helping all schools.

We have 4 children at the Maple Valley campus and they have been attending since summer of 2008. Our kids love going to school there and have done amazing well. We like the smaller classes and the personal involvement we have from the teachers and staff, Two of our kids have had some delays and the school has been great in accomodating our needs and requests. We highly recommend the school.

My three children have and are attending Rainier's schools--elementary through high school. I appreciate that they are challenaged academically and spiritually to lgrow, learn, and share their faith. Teachers work with the students, and are approachable with anyconcerns. The athletic program, especially in the high school, is growing and becoming more competitive under dedicated, excited coaches and new athletic director. This is important especially to my one son who loves sports. In any school there will be challenges, and here we can work things out in a respectful manner when concerns arise. My children have made great and lasting friendships. We are blessed to be part of Rainier Christian School District.
