Great school for the kids. Classes are organized and the teachers do a great job of teaching the children. Large outdoor are for the kids to play too!

Our children spend 6 and half hours at school and then are generally busy with at least one if not more after school activities, homework is not necessary if you are doing your job as a parent to support learning at home!

We have been very pleased with most of the teachers at this school. They are involved and many offer free after school clubs ranging from STEM, gardening, art, choir, robotics and escape room type clubs! That's dedication.

The entire school motto revolves around building strong character and it is strongly encouraged at Lowell. Students receive motto tickets for living the motto and doing whats right, kind and compassionate. Character should come from the family first and encouraged at school - not the other way around.

Mrs. Foster was nominated for principal of the year in our region two years ago and she deserves it! She builds her community up and really cares.

Lowell is a title one school and is therefore given quite a bit of help and they utilize all their resources. My oldest has been struggling with math and she is pulled daily for small break out groups with a tutor - I really can't ask for more.

The only complaint I have with Lowell is the lack of parent involvement - I am super impressed with how invested the staff and principal are and am hoping that in time parent's will step their game up!

Horrible school. My oldest child was falling behind last year and I asked the teacher to see about extra help as he is developmentally delayed and she never followed through with my request but had no problem letting us know when he didn't "make his day". The school got a horrible AYP score that year and I chose to transfer my kids to another school in the district. Within the first month of school the teacher at the new school noticed my child's delay and had him tested for special education and he qualified. Other parents at this school have had the same problems. Now I feel like my kids are getting the education and positive reinforcement they deserve to be successful. Glad I transferred them out of Lowell. Very shocked that schools in the same district can be so different in the education they provide students. Lowell you need a major overhaul. In my opinion you FAIL!
