We have had an overwhelmingly positive experience at this school. The staff, teachers, and administration consistently create an environment where students feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn.
Students are genuinely engaged in their education, and the teachers go above and beyond to make learning meaningful and motivating. They are respectful, approachable, and truly care about each childs success both academically and personally.
The school also does an excellent job supporting students mental health and emotional well-being. There is a strong sense of care, inclusion, and community throughout the school. Students with disabilities are provided the accommodations and support they need to thrive, and families are treated as valued partners in the learning process.
Safety and inclusivity are clearly priorities here. The school fosters an environment where students feel safe, respected, and free from discrimination or harsh disciplinary practices.
Overall, this school is exceptional in every category, and I would confidently give it 5 stars. It is a welcoming, supportive, and inspiring place for students and families alike.

We went to meet teachers there for kindergarden. First impression: Guy at the front door, did not say hi, and hidden his name on the name tag, had Trans, LGGGBT flags all over, and were not friendly. Seems like they hated parents (obviously). There was another person with flags, who were also rude and felt like knew that no parent approves such people with their kids. The principal was trying to explain to us how much it is ok, and they support new laws that target families and kids to brainwash them into Trans ideologies. Forget it, not coming back until things change.

The teachers and staff are like extended family. You know they truly care about the kids and want them to succeed. We are so grateful this is our school. Both of our kids are thriving. They are confident and content.

We all love this school! So happy we are here. The teachers are amazing - loving, proactive, helpful and grateful. The parents and PTA are highly involved and work very hard to provide programs and activities for our kids.

I thought my child was getting a great education at Sawyer Woods. I was mistaken. If we are talking about the reading and math skills needed for the state testing, then yes. That is what they teach. All other subjects are treated as extra or unnecessary. The attendance policy only allows for tardies to be excused when a child is ill. A couple flat tire or other excuses will result in a stay in the office for recess time. My kids would rather stay home than face the office lady if they are late. Needless to say when the same lady monitors the lunchroom all children have to talk quietly or the traffic light will go on and the kids have to put their heads down. I think this school needs new administration. Someone who remembers why they went into education in the first place and reminds the teachers that an education is more than just knowing how to do math and read.
