I am so impressed with this school! They were so welcoming and went above and beyond for our family making sure my child’s needs were met. The principal cares a lot and the staff is great! It’s the best school my children have been to.

This school is an absolute disaster. The building looks like it’s rotting away, with every hallway feeling like it could collapse at any moment. It’s not just old—it’s unsafe.

The food is even worse. Most of it looks radioactive, glowing with strange colors that make you lose your appetite instantly. Students deserve real meals, not something that looks like it was scraped out of a science experiment.

Harpers Ferry Middle isn’t a school, it’s a joke—and not a funny one.

If schools were graded, Harpers Ferry Middle would be at the very bottom with a solid F. The building looks like it’s about to collapse under its own weight—cracked walls, sagging ceilings, and an overall “haunted house” atmosphere that doesn’t exactly inspire learning.

The food is just as bad. Most days it looks radioactive, glowing in colors that no meal should ever be. Calling it “lunch” feels like false advertising—it’s more like a science experiment that escaped the lab.

This place needs a total overhaul. Right now, it’s less of a school and more of a warning sign for what happens when no one invests in education.

Our family has had a great experience at HFMS. They have many extracurricular activities to get the kids involved and the teachers really care about the success of their students. Love the new addition and extra parking provided for ease of pick up. The security doors and actually utilizing them properly makes us very happy. The administration is professional and top notch, I could go on and on, but will just say this middle school is great!
