I can't even stand to be at this school, everyday when I wake up I feel sick to my stomach.I have gotten death threats by one of their old students when I told a teacher she told me to keep my mouth shut and that it's not a big deal.Unless you suck up to the teachers and pretend to be friends with them that's when they give you a good grade.(I've tested this and I've always been right) I've been scolded for things I can't control and when I prove that I'm right you don't get any apologies not from the school nor the teachers.They don't help if your suicidal, depressed or if your getting bullied they only care about how they look to the school board.Even then they fail because there are more accidents then lessons being learned.If you're going to work with kids atleast learn to be an adult yourself.And the other reviews are right you do get bullied if your not hispanic that's why I helped them get use to our school.Why am I doing an adults job.You don't put kids into a detention room for not even half of lunch and expect the problem to go away.

This school is awful. Administration will undermine teachers in-front of students. Members of the board of directors will go into classrooms and berate the students and the teachers. They dont have a functioning library. There is no discipline for students allowing them to act erratically. They wonder why scores are low and its because there is no accountability. Would not recommend this school to anyone.

If you want to attend here, basically, be Hispanic. I very much believe me and my sons were racially profiled the moment we walked in. They have a Spanish last name, due to their dad's last name, but we are very much AA. Treated like an interrogation, asked what they'll contribute to the school, told it's a privilege to go there and continuously asked uncomfortable questions, while just staring and blinking in silence, profusely. My sons were upset just being there and more so when we walked out of there, I should've walked out the moment the interrogation began. Something told me not to even try this place, but I wanted to get it out the way, only because of the distance to our home. Left there and immediately found a better enrollment option for them. Not recommended unless you're Hispanic... (Even then)...Maybe.

This school is incredibly disappointing. Both campus principals are ineffective and seem to prioritize the school's reputation over the well-being of their students. They show little concern for how students are feeling or addressing their concerns. Many of the teachers seem unprepared or disconnected from their students needs. The focus is more on maintaining a good school rating than on providing meaningful support. The lack of support for students, particularly those with special needs, is alarming. The principal at the elementary campus even yelled at a special needs student and told him to "shut up," which is completely unacceptable. On the high school side, the principal plays favorites and neglects the needs of other students, further deepening the sense of inequality and frustration. Overall, this schools priorities are all about appearances, leaving many students, especially those struggling, without the support they truly need.

School is bias. If you are not Hispanic, you have no support. They are not culturally diverse. They celebrate Hispanic heritage more than anything. Sure they put up cute posters and rave about it on ParentVUE, but nothing compared to what they do for Hispanic heritage. We are half Spanish too. But if youre looking for diversity, this isnt it. The teachers throw detention loosely and admin are rude to children and dount your experience and make you feel you did wrong especially if its not your child that started issues. I dont recommend this school at all.

Worst school i have ever dealt with. They do not care about the students especially not their Kindergarten class. They are very unorganized and have harsh expectations for Kinder. I withdrew my son after just one week and when i did so they did not even ask for name or ID. A stranger could have unenrolled my son for all we know! The staff is careless and teachers/principal lack communication. I would not recommend this school to anyone.

No diversity at the school. It's all Hispanic and the teachers are overwhelmed. The programs they host our chaotic like the winter concert. Half the parents had to stand for over an hour and couldn't see their children because they don't have enough funds to buy risers or chairs. My child has gotten sick multiple times on school lunch. My children have gone backward in their academic performance. They've received worse grades than when they were held accountable at the other public school they went to before this. This area is a bad neighborhood with a lot of crime. Do not send your kids here if you have other options.

10! I really like this school, my son attends this school since 2nd grade, he like it, he like his teachers and friends, I really think Pan- American is a great school with discipline and very good teachers.

Homework is a very important part of our kids education, I like that Pan-Am always have homework for my son, is one of the reason why he attends Pan-Am.

Of course not, years after my child attended this school, was diagnosed with ADD and all she received from this school was humiliation from the teacher that open to soon receive the same from the students.

My children have attended Pan-American Charter School for many years and I feel like they have grown academically. Their teachers always take the time to work with them on a one on one basis to help them achieve their academic goals. Pan-American Charter School is an excellent school.

The absolute best mix of teachers in Phoenix. From all over the world. Mexico, Trinidad, Jamaica, India, China, etc. All ages, all diverse. Really dedicated and well trained.

The high school is outstanding...teachers really do care about every student. Academics are challenging but there is much support..after school tutoring and Saturday school. The administration so committed to the students and the quality of all the academic programs. Every teacher is HIghly Qualified.
