"High Price meets small apartment."

Apartments are small for the price. We had a small sized 2 bed/2bath for $834 a month. It is close to a lot of shopping centers, movies, and restaurants. Only had one pool for the whole complex and it was small as well as one small gym. Neighbors made small talk. The only true issue was there were a lot of guys from UTI auto school that got discounts at these apts. so of course they like working on their cars(against the rules) over night. They would play music. I call the police a couple of times and they still did it. It was annoying trying to sleep with ruckus outside. Our a/c went out a few times during the year we lived there, and they would give us a small a/c unit to use. It was poor quality but we only had to use it for 5 days tops. I noticed a/c units of neighbors went out quite a few times also. Also, they say luxury in the name, but you can find way better for the same price.
