My student was not prepared for high school after two years here at this school. More or less IDW is ran like a business, and chaos is the norm. Stressed-out teachers coming and going, and most teachers aren't even certified by the state. What do students learn here? They learn how to socialize and fight each other. I would avoid this school at all costs, as your child's future depends on you making good choices where they go to learn.

Worked here recently as a substitute. Overall, the school has potential, but I was surprised by how disorganized things were. Some staff members at the front desk, in particular, seemed to have a bit of an attitude and werent very helpful it made the day more challenging than it needed to be. They yelled at the students. Hopefully, they work on communication and professionalism, because the students deserve a smoother experience and the staff could do better supporting substitutes. Interesting experience overall! NO THANK YOU

Very bad dress code, stupid rules and you need a jacket no matter what in summer and baggy pants this school is horrible

The teachers care about students and families. The majority of teachers have stayed for many years.

Kids are different in many ways, so they need different approaches to learning. DW understands the need for diversity and it's expected and embedded in the curriculum.

All issues are addressed and resolved as they occur. Preventive methods are also supported in clubs, presentations and in class room routines.
