We have been part of this school community since 2016, and it has been an incredible experience for our family. All four of my children have attended Trinity and it truly is a special place. The teachers are knowledgeable, dedicated, and deeply invested in their students success. More than that, they genuinely care for and encourage each child, creating an environment that feels like family.
My children have thrived at Trinity and have gone on to be successful in high school and college. I credit much of that success to the strong academic foundation, character development, and unwavering support they received from their teachers. We are incredibly grateful for the impact Trinity has had on our family and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a school that truly cares about its students.

I have been a part of Trinity for 27 years. I would never want to work anywhere else. Trinity isnt just a school, we are a family. Parents are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities on campus including field trips, parties, PTF, chapels and classroom volunteering. Each child is valued for who they are and met at their academic level, whether they need extra help or more challenging work. It is so amazing to see kids start as 3 year olds and continue through 8th grade. Weekly chapels are a core part of the curriculum. The children learn to be responsible learners, critical thinkers, faithful followers of Jesus Christ, effective communicators, and servant leaders in all areas of learning. One of my favorite things is our fundraiser Serv-a-thon where each class PS-8 goes out into the community and serves. Classes go to retirement homes, Feeding San Diego, write letters to the military and fill blessing bags for the homeless among many other projects. We have several family events during the year that bring families together for fun and fellowship after school. Our staff is loving, fun, and committed to all the childrens wellbeing. We are all CPR and first aid trained. We have a fabulous hot lunch program which incorporates school district lunches as well as restaurants such as Chik fil A, Canes, Pick up Stix, Round Table and La Casita. Our lunch ladies are particularly fun and engaging and form relationships with all the grades of students they serve. We also offer special classes such as music, Steam, Tech (and Tech Club after school), Spanish, Library and PE. We also have a high standard of safety, with a security guard on staff and the WatchDogs program of dads coming and volunteering to watch over the campus. If you are looking for a Christian school , this is where you want to be. We have alumni who have brought their children back because they had such a great experience. I highly recommend you come and see for yourself and talk to our amazing Principal and Associate Principal!

Trinity has been such a blessing to our family. The teachers and staff have both been attentive and supportive of both my girls who have struggled with health and special learning needs. I love how kind the teachers are and how they truly care for their students. I am grateful for the curriculum and how they infuse Jesus into everything they do!

We have been part of the Trinity Christian School family for the past five years and currently have our youngest child enrolled. The family-like atmosphere is one of the things we value moststudents, staff, and families are genuinely cared for and supported. We have been consistently impressed by the strong academics, meaningful spiritual development, and diverse school community. Trinity has been a wonderful place for our children to grow both academically and in their faith, and we are grateful to be part of such a special school.

My son has been attending Trinity Christian School in Spring Valley, CA since kindergarten, and it truly feels like home! The teachers are amazing; caring, dedicated, and committed to nurturing not only academic growth but also faith and character. He has grown so much spiritually, socially, and academically, and its clear that every child is valued and encouraged to walk in Gods purpose.
The sense of community at Trinity is incredible. Parents, students, and staff work together to create a supportive, Christ-centered environment where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to thrive. Trinity Christian School is more than a school; its a place where faith and learning come together, and where families truly feel welcomed. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a school that nurtures the whole child in Gods love.

I love this school. My daughter attended for 10 years. We loved the teachers, the staff, and the smaller class sizes. I believe my daughter is leaving with a great education that will carry her for years to come.

Adequate amount given but they don't bury the kids in homework.
Posted: November 7, 2019
Incredibly knowledgeable staff that take a great deal of time and interest in the kids.
Posted: November 7, 2019
They have a program that has the older kids helping and encouraging the younger. Think it is fantastic.

I believe the Principals are very dedicated and truly love what they do. Very effective leaders.

The education children receive at Trinity is top notch with excellent curriculum, well-educated and extremely dedicated teachers. The campus is beautiful and is nestled in a very safe residential area. There is a strong emphasis on character development and service learning. Weekly chapels and daily Bible lessons insure that students have a strong Biblical worldview in all subject areas. Our daughters were able to participate in advanced math classes which put them ahead entering high school. They were encouraged to excel in all areas which laid a firm foundation for success in high school and college.

First I was a parent at TCS starting in 1982, then I became a teachers aide, and then due to the encouragement of teachers there I finished my degree and started teaching 2nd grade. I've since retired, but I still tutor students there. I've found in any capacity and every decade from the 80 through now, Trinity is a wonderful environment for students, parents, and teachers/staff. Our experience as a family has been superior and we thank God for leading us to Trinity when our son and daughter were first starting school.

My daughter has been attending Trinity Christian School for four years, beginning in preschool. She has thrived in the loving, nurturing environment. She struggled a bit with math but the math teacher actually has an after school "club" on her own time to help those that need a little more help. My daughter enjoys this club and her math skills have improved greatly, even though the difficulty level has increased. She just came back today from a Speech Meet where she got a blue ribbon for her performance. She has blossomed since her days in preschool and I look forward to the rest of the year and seeing what the next year will bring. I am only disappointed in the fact that she can only go there through 8th grade!

I am a parent of a current student at Trinity and I must say that I am completely disappointed! We pay about $2000 a year in tuition and you would think that would be enough, but it is not! The preschool teacher and school administrators constantly ask for donations and school supplies. They even call you at home during non-school hours and beg for money. I am very concerned that this school is having financial difficulties. It is a pain to have the teachers and administrators constantly beg for money. It makes me very uncomfortable and as a result I will not be sending my child to this school next year.

My twins have been attending Trinity for three years. We love it there! The small class sizes, experienced and dedicated staff, and extra curricular opportunities are wonderful! My girls love their teachers and love their school! Trinity has a warm, welcoming feel. The parents are very involved and the teachers and principals are great about communicating with us.

My wife and I have worked in and with multiple Christian School Systems over the past 15 years and I can tell you that Trinity Christian School is one of my favorite. The reason is quite simple...The faculty and staff of TCS are top notch! They are both well trained in their various fields of expertise as well as being Spirit-filled leaders in the classroom. The students at TCS seem to thrive in the learning environments in which the school/classrooms help to create for them. My family and I feel so fortunate to be a part of this school and I highly recommend it to any/all those seeking to send your children to a genuine Christian faith-based Elementary/Middle School that really raises the bar of education.

I am a parent of a pre-schooler and if I could give this school a 10 star rating.....I would! Everyone at Trinity has been truly amazing.....the principals, the pastor, secretary in the front office (Rhonda....LOVE her! She is so personable, always smiling and happy to see me) and ALL teachers/staff we come in contact with are GREAT. But I feel the best jewels at Trinity are found in the pre-school classroom - teachers, Mrs. Scally and Mrs. Salas. Both have gone above and beyond to help my daughter who has special learning needs. Mrs. Scally even attended my daughter's Occupational Therapy session several times to see what my daughter's therapist is doing with her and also to find out what more she could be doing in the classroom setting to help my daughter improve/develop. My daughter has improved in all areas so much since last September and I truly believe it is because she has these two outstanding teachers and because of their efforts in this caring environment. My husband and I feel truly blessed to have found these two teachers and found Trinity. I couldn't say enough good things about this school.

As a parent of a preschool student. My child is loved and cared for. This school has taught him so much and the pre school teachers are the most amazing I have ever seen. My Puerto Rican soon has never been more loved and cared for. May God bless this school for years to come.

I am a parent at Trinity Christian School. I have had all 3 of my children in the 3 year old preschool class. I would like to address one of the previous reviews. My children are Hispanic. And they have red hair which makes them especially unique. The teachers in the preschool have taught my children that God makes each of us different and special. My kids were taught that while some have light skin, some have tan skin and some have dark skin we are all loved and created special by God. Some have blond hair, brown hair, black hair, red hair... But we are all loved and created special by God. Some have brown eyes, blue eyes, green eyes... But we are all loved and created special by God. It hurts my heart that someone would write such a horrible review of such a special school and amazing teacher.

I am a former student of Trinity, and my daughter is now in her second year of preschool there. Under the gentle and loving guidance of both the 3 year old and 4 year old preschool teachers, my daughter has grown and blossomed. She LOVES being there! I have known many of the teachers there for over 20 years, and it is disappointing to see the previous comment. As the parent of a bi-racial child, the educational experience we have had at Trinity has been completely positive. Differences are celebrated, and every child in the preschool class was clearly cherished and loved for the unique and special child God made them. I am also a public school teacher, and work with students of varying disabilities. I trust the experience of the preschool teachers, and have seen them come alongside parents to prayerfully nurture each student's unique learning needs. In my 12 years as an educator, I personally have never seen a more dedicated or loving staff. I highly recommend Trinity for EVERY child.

For parents who believe all children should be treated fairly and respectfully .THEN THIS IS THE SCHOOL FOR YOU! My child has thrived in this positive and welcoming Christian environment! I can't say enough about the great things that my son has experienced in his first two years of pre-school. The teachers accept him for who he is, and really celebrate the uniqueness and differences of ALL students. This school is very diverse in terms of racial and socio-economic backgrounds, but unified in their love of Christ.

For parents who believe all children should be treated fairly and respectfully, please do your due diligence when it comes to Trinity. My son was enrolled in the three-year-old preschool class. During his ten days in the class, he was ostracized, belittled, and made to feel inferior to the other children. The teacher insisted that he had a developmental delay, even though his pediatrician said he is developmentally on track with other three-year-old children. I, his mother, am also a licensed clinical Social Worker/ child therapist, and I do not have any concerns about my son s development. I felt baffled by the teacher s assessment of my son. However, my three year-old son is now saying mama, I m brown and I m different . Since he never talked about skin color prior to being at Trinity and because he is successful at a new preschool where his current teacher does not have any concerns about his development, I am now concerned that the teacher at Trinity may have been motivated by her unwillingness to work with students of color. I was led to believe that all children are welcomed at Trinity, but the treatment my son received from the teacher sends a very different message.

As a parent at Trinity Christian School for the past 10 years I am delighted that my children are in a safe, loving and nurturing environment. There are high academic standards and well-qualified teachers who love every one of their students.

I'm so thankful for the foundation of faith I received at Trinity Christian School. My teachers truly loved me and cared about me and I still keep in contact with many of them. Trinity is an extended family and I'm still friends with many of the people I went to school with there.

Terrible school. They encourage bullying & do nothing to stop the violence. They only care about getting your tuition dollars and not Christian values. Christianity is a selling point, not an actual value. School functions are only manipulation tactics. Don't waste your money or your child's time & developmental years.

Trinity Christian School is a wonderful school with very experienced, dedicated and caring teachers. They have given my children the gift of "loving to learn" and my children look forward to going to school each day. The school leadership is outstanding. They encourage participation and involvement from the parents/families and the environment is very warm and friendly. We have met some very special friends and most importantly our children are excelling both personally and academically. We highly recommend Trinity.

We Love Trinity!! At first my husband and I thought about only sending our children there for preschool but after the first year there and meeting the principals, staff and teachers we knew that this is the school we would be at until our children graduated from 8th grade. The school offers many activities from art classes, technology classes, basketball, drama and music. There is also a lot of opportunities for parents to be involved either with room parent, hot lunches, field trips or PTF. The teachers are amazing because they genuinely care about the students and are always there to listen and to help a parent with any concerns that they might have. I love that the school is accredited and so are the teachers. If I was still looking for that "one school," Trinity would definitely be worth touring

My child has been attending Trinity Christian School for three years now and we love it! The teachers and staff are extremely dedicated and caring. They love the kids and it shows through their attention to each student. My daughter's most recent teacher took the time to give me extra and fun activities we could do to increase math skills and it was much appreciated. The kids are also taught Biblical principles and taught subjects with a Christian worldview in mind. The education standards are high and class sizes are small so that teachers have the ability to interact with each student daily. There are field trips, class service projects, chapel, Christmas programs, and all kinds of other things to keep kids interested and involved. Plus there are plenty of opportunities for parents to volunteer and to be a part of their child's education if they so desire. I just can't say enough good things about this school

This is a terrific school for the old youth in generation to come. I went to Trinity Christian School and found myself wanting my son Alex to attend. After Alex attending TCS we found out that he had learning disabilities he received the direct attention he needed to be more successful with his disabilities. Trinity teachers help him and he even received tutoring during the summer time. The extra help made Alex feel more confident in his learning and has help him out a lot. I thank Trinity Christian School for giving me the foundation I needed to succeed and much appreciation for giving that to my son Alex as well.

Hi everybody.. We are Diane and Gene Kaelin, grandparents of Alex, who has been at TCS since he was in preschool. Our adult children also went to TCS, Craig and Melissa..from preschool thru 6th grade. At that time TCS only went thru 6th grade.. We love TCS and are investing it in again for the second go around with our precious grandson who is now in second grade. The teachers and staff are wonderful and the children learn so much education wise, but more important how to be a good person.. It is interesting to note that I am a very liberal person, and most folks like me do not choose a Christian school, but I put aside my politics because I believe in TCS and the wholesome values they teach about honoring God and respecting folks of all nationalities... Both of our adult children have had some lifetime drama , and I firmly believe that they made it thru the stresses of life, because they have a good foundation with God, and it helped them in their time of need. So thank you TCS, we love all of your staff and thank you for over 30 years of service with the Kaelins. love, Diane and Gene

I couldn't work in a nicer environment. Our principals exemplify Christian values, are helpful and always ready to listen. Staff is supportive of one another and ready to reach out to families when needed. Small class size and excellent curriculum make Trinity a wise choice when looking for quality education for your children. If you are in the process of choosing a school, Trinity is definitely worth touring.

We couldn't be happier with this school. It really is a "diamond in the rough", as a friend called it. The teachers are above excellent academically as well as in instilling Truth, love , and compassion in our children through their example. Our family has been blessed beyond words by this school, and I know yours will be, too.

We absolutely love this school. We were homeschooling our kids and decided it was time to put them in school. We were concerned about them being lost in the crowd. We researched several schools and decided to interview Trinity Christian School. From the moment we met the principal, staff, and teachers, we knew this was the school for us. We They are so friendly and personal. Their love and dedication to these kids is undeniable. And more importantly, they have a heart for God and a commitment to building Godly character into these children. Their academic standards and teachers are top notch. If you are looking for a school where your children will get personal attention, loved, and receive a wonderful education, then you have to come to Trinity Christian School. It is not just a school, it is a family. We would not want to send our kids to any other school. Despite Trinity's high standards, the tuition is very competitive, compared to other schools and it is worth every penny. Just come in and take a tour and I am sure you will fall in love with this school just like we did.

I have had the privilege of working here for nine years. Our PTF is one of our strengths. They are dedicated to enriching our students' learning through activities such as our annual book fair, Fall Festival and Heaven's Heart Auction. Trinity's staff is a community of professionals who care deeply for each other and their students. We have a beautiful location and are centrally located. If you're looking for a caring environment with strong academics, this school is for you.

This is my daughter's first year at Trinity Christian Middle School, and for the first time ever, she can't wait to get to school on Mondays! She has a great group of fun and supportive friends who encourage her in academics and build her up in the faith. As parents we love that our daughter not only is receiving an education with rigorous academic standards, but also is memorizing Scripture and studying the Word of God. P.E is fun, music instruction is a plus, and opportunities in speech and drama just make school an exciting place to be.

My son went here for pre kindergarten. He is VERY active. It was during that year we learned he had ADHD. His teacher was extremely patient and would give me reports on his behavior daily. She worked with me to provide a reward system for good behavior that was consistent and used both at home and at school. This helped my son a lot. She was very caring. The class size was very small as well which gave the children more attention.

What a wonderful school! My daughter is in 7th grade, and has been there since 3rd grade. The teachers are very caring, nurturing a love of learning and God. The curriculum is challenging, she will be well prepared for high school! Every child is loved, taught the word of God, and encouraged to do and be their best every day. I love it here!!

Trinity Christian School is a excellent school. The teachers and staff are amazing. If you are looking for a God centered and Biblically teaching school for your children this is it. I have 2 boys now ages 14 & 12 that went to Trinity from pre-school through junior high. I also worked there as a teachers aide for over three years. Your children will be taught what is most important in life which is their personal releshionship wilth Christ. The teachers are kind, loving, prayerful, and love your children . I highly reccomend this school..

What a godly, wonderful staff to work with. They are nurturing, by cherishing and challenging each child. to be a faithful follower of Christ. and a person of strong Christlike character. They are creative by working with the individual gifts and talents the student. They equip the students to be respsonsible learners, critical thinkers and effective communicators. My niece and grandchildren have attended TCS. I believe in its mission and vision to educate students for eternity. I have been blessed to be involved in and praying for so many students and their families over the years. What a blessing to have former students return and enroll their children in the school they hold dear to their heart.
