Our experience with this school was very bad. The teacher always treated my daughter badly in front of her friends, blaming her. We complained to the administration but they protected her and did not want to communicate with us. My daughter was bullied all year by the teacher and students. It is a school full of racism. The teachers want a perfect student, there is no effort from them. Bad administration and arrogant and rude students.

A Nightmare at Solana Pacific Elementary: Incompetent Staff and a Hostile Environment
Our decision to enroll our daughter at Solana Pacific Elementary was a colossal mistake. What we hoped would be a nurturing and academically stimulating environment turned into a frustrating nightmare.
The most egregious aspect of this school was the utter lack of professionalism from the staff. Teachers resorted to yelling at students, creating a stressful and disrespectful atmosphere that stifled any desire to learn. This bullying tactic was not limited to the classrooms. The nurses, whose very presence should imply care and compassion, were equally rude and dismissive. Their incompetence left us questioning their ability to handle even basic student needs.
Adding insult to injury, the so-called "support staff" proved to be completely inept. Instead of offering helpful guidance, they readily resorted to labeling students with developmental issues. This dismissive approach not only failed to address our daughter's needs but also carried the potential for harming her future academic prospects. The lack of proper evaluation before slapping on labels was infuriating.
The school's administration proved to be just as incompetent as its staff. The principal, demonstrably lacking in leadership skills, deflected responsibility at every turn. Their solution to any problem seemed to be involving social services or even the police, creating unnecessary stress for both us and our daughter. This heavy-handed approach spoke volumes about the school's inability to handle basic student issues.
Communication with the school was an exercise in futility. They bombarded us with unsolicited calls, not to address any concerns we raised, but to deflect blame and paint us as neglectful parents. The negativity and manipulative tactics employed by the school were appalling. Our attempts to address these issues were met with resistance, even a simple request to change our daughter's class due to bullying was ignored.
Solana Pacific Elementary may try to woo parents with inflated ratings, but our experience exposes the truth. This school is a breeding ground for negativity, staffed by rude nurses and inept personnel who prioritize deflection over genuine student well-being. If you are looking for a nurturing environment that fosters a love of learning, run far away from Solana Pacific Elementary. Your child deserves better.

I find my child's teacher and principal to be caring, fair and very responsive. Solana Pacific is one of the top schools in the county, public or private. It isn't "perfect", but no school is. You can't beat the new and modern facilities and one of the lowest class sizes in the area. My son really enjoys the large school size since that allows him the opportunity to socialize with a variety of children.

This school just changed Principal this year. The school is no longer the same before. Principal is not easily accessible, a communication with a teacher takes weeks to respond. They removed the accelerated class for advanced students, The program is one dimensional, serving only average children, if your child is advanced or below the average, too bad. Students are lack of discipline, continuing talking during the class. Some of the the parents are very selfish, rude and very aggressively using school to create opportunities for their children but not others. The atmosphere and the learning environment is negative, You have to elbow through to get ahead. Comparing to the school we had before, it is just day and night.

Our family has been in this school district going on 4 years. Top notch education, teachers, staff, principle, PTA members and parent volunteers are also very dedicated to the children and their overall educational needs.
