Espero y sigan así y sigan poniendo empeño en sus alumnos, o sea, que los niños también deben de tener una educación porque la educación empieza por la casa.!!

I have been attending this school for almost three years now while the school has tried to live up to it's motto "foundation of love" I believe this is slightly exaggerating as it takes almost no time whatsoever to find bullying on this campus, I believe they can do better with a proper administration and a better staff because it sickens me how parents can seriously bring their children and expect them to learn with such a careless staff and even more careless peers it feels as so every turn you can find a kid who believes he is self entitled and higher than all the kids because they own expensive stuff.

All schools have their issues but KCPA works hard to develop leaders. They want to offer the best to all. Students have access to camp, clubs, and ASB events. Great place to learn and make your mark.

Students at KCPA gain a unique learning opportunity, with small class sizes and a caring, committed staff. Students not only have their core classes but they also get dance, Social Justice, Art (creative expressions), business AVID and video production.
KCPA also offers after school clubs, free of charge to the students. During intersession students have the opportunity to have half day classes. King Chavez is a school of love and that is something that the staff try to emphasize.
King Chavez is a wonderful school with a supportive principal and vice principal who did their best to motivate the students til be the best and the brightest.

This is one of the best schools I've worked in as an educator. The school offers unique programs such as elective courses like Business, Art, and Social Justice. AVID is an additional program preparing students for college readiness. Character lessons seek to improve citizenship among the student body. The admin is incredibly supportive of its staff and community, going so far as to develop a food bank for its students' families. Clubs abound that generate high student interest such as Dance Geeks and Yearbook. Students create daily newscasts through the Arts, Media, and Entertainment advanced program. Field trip opportunities occur throughout the year for students in various academic classes along with additional opportunities provided for students who have met their academic growth goals. Teachers go above and beyond by engaging in monthly home visits to students' families for those who are struggling in their behavior or academics. The school even has a school wide initiative to practice mindfulness with students to care for their emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Nutritious eating is also a focus to improve student health. Rarely do I find a school with so many adults willing to go beyond the call of duty for the students in their care.

My son has always been advanced and after speaking to the principal to help me with maitaining my son's challenges above the average grade level, we have been extremely pleased with the help, attention, and support the staff has provided. The kids will do as good as the parents guide and support their children... The teachers will get them started and the parents need to help them succeed!
