If you would like your kids to stay in a regressed primitive state, than send them here. This school claims they will help your child but children actually get worse as a result of attending this school. ABA isn't effective. High turnover in staff. Leadership is awful. Director may have a good goal for the school but execution is poor at best. If you would like your child to work towards ful integration into society try programs like the son-rise program. Teacher turnover is a problem as well. Consistency of care is poor. Overall just a sorry excuse for a school.

If a child is hit over and over they just ask them to take a break and nothing else happens. So bullying is a problem at this school.

As said before kids are given a binder and a TA is there to help them and that is all the program is. No doing projects as a group. NO introducing social ques to students no team building activities for students. Nothing its awful.

Director of the school has good image of the what the school should look like however has poor execution. Waste dollars that are being borrowed because schools in san diego hate the director. Director things he can compile data for research when in reality thats just statistics. And we all know that statistics tell only a fraction of the story.

Most of the time the school is concerned about making through the day before they really touch on anything like character for the student. That usually is up to the aid and they are turning over everyday.

Teachers have poor mentality at this school and all claim they can "save the world" better than anybody else working with children on the Autistic Spectrum. In reality all they do is compile assignments into a binder and have the students do the work. They also yell at the children and humiliate the child.

There is no homework given. Usually getting work during the day done at this school is impossible.
