As a parent of a child with special needs, I would not recommend this school at all. They are not supportive in any sense and when you reach out to them to ask if any further step can be taken to solve the issue or disability that your child might have, they do not have anything to offer. The teacher is also not supportive and all the time what they say to you to disarm you is that" your child is such a cutie one or how she looks charming ??! " OMG, I do not need these words!! I need action on your end and supportive assistance for my chid. Also the after school program in this school is another headache by itself! Two times my child has had head injuries and they even did not send me a note not to mention reporting it.

Madison is like a second home for my children. I’ve had 2 promote , 2 currently attending and 2 ready to enroll for kindergarten. Dr Cash is the best thing to happen to this school. The teachers are all very concerned with their students overall well being. Mrs. Berry-Cahn is hands down the best teacher ever! Mrs Strange, Mrs C, Mrs Polanco, Mrs Wade. Mrs Kowal, the list goes on and on. Some of the best qualities are their effective teaching videos and apps to help us be involved with our children’s daily activities. The teachers I’ve named have engaging classroom presence, their ability to share best practices and how to have a grow a lifelong love of learning. Dr Cash is very professional, genuine and caring. She takes all concerns seriously. Turn around time is always prompt. I love Madison and we are very grateful to be part of such an amazing school. Very grateful for Mrs Pappas as well and the school isn’t the same with Mrs Jett.

The teachers at the Madison and the CDC really care for the kids. My son has needed some additional help and the school has been more than great is assessing his needs and providing help.

My daughter just completed Kinder with Mrs. Strange. Mrs. Strange is by far the best kinder teacher at Madison. She is fun, caring, nurturing and patient. the children are well behaved and not running a muck like i have seen in the other rooms.

I am a grandparent of a student who graduated June of this year from Madison. Over the 5 last years her Papa and I attended most of the school functions open to us. They have been fun and well put together by the staff. I also picked her up from school occasionally and was impressed by the teachers and principal who were available to the children after school. I was impressed by the projects the students were involved in. such as the Battle of the Books and working on keeping the environment green! Good job staff and parents who volunteered their time.

Most of the staff at this school are horrible. My son has been consistently been hurt by his teachers, who seem to favor girls over boys. His last year's teacher held such a grudge she did not even give him his perfect attendance award at the end of the year. We had to ask for it and he received it from us, with no recognition from his class. Those teachers have been there forever, so I see no change at the site. Too bad for boys at Madison.

As a kindergarten parent I am so happy that my child attends Madison. He has learned so much and made great friends. I am glad that we have just begun our stay at Madison and look forward to getting to know all of the other wonderful teachers! Writer's Workshop and Mad Science are great programs that get kids excited about learning.

Madison is great elementary school. It is a small community school that offers wonderful programs such as writers workshop, hands on science, recycling programs and great after school enrichment classes. Madison has a strong PTA and the staff is wonderful. Many have been there for over 10 years. I am a proud parent and alumni of the school. We can not say enough about the incredible teachers we have had. Our teacher Ms. Herra always give 150 % and is such a inspirational teacher. The principle is working hard to make sure that the kids feel important and heard. He cares for the children and knows every child by name. It is a great small community where you feel like a family.

Madison is the complete package...strong leadership, great teachers, and wonderful students. I love that it is a small school where children's needs are addressed quickly. I love the writing workshop that is happening across the grade levels.
