We moved to Fallbrook from Los Angeles last year and were nervous about the low rated schools in this district. Turns out, THE SCHOOLS IN FALLBROOK ARE WONDERFUL!!!! (Sorry, I had to shout that so that you heard me and my review wasn't drowned out by any naysayers - lol) My daughter had the most dedicated and compassionate teachers, the administration was incredibly supportive/engaged and my daughter thrived academically. She came from a Dual Language Immersion school in LA and I was happy for her to join the very established program at Maie Ellis. We really couldn't have asked for a better school and now that she is at junior high, I know she got a great foundation at Maie Ellis.

Teachers don't send mountains of homework home, they send a few papers which doesn't discourage the student

They all impressive degrees and share their college experiences with students on a daily basis which enstills college into their future

My daughter started kindergarten in the dual immersion program. We were new to the area so she didn't know any of the other students. The administration really helped with her transition. She can now say the pledge of allegiance in Spanish and she learns new words every day.
