I see many instructional leaders on this campus, such as a principal and vice principal which are very VISIBLE. They are always in hallways and throughout the campus countlessly interacting with the families who attend. Every Friday peace circles are conducted with the entire school for students and parents whom are recognized for their academics which is a great motivation for each student to attend school daily so they are not missing out on valuable information. There are also various events on campus which allows families to engage together like coffee with the principal. It allows parents to see how their children are learning, safety, equality, and ideas that thrives for improvement in all aspects for students. With cutbacks and insufficient school funding,All Staff members still choose to focus on prioritized best outcomes for their students. The Thank you to the new main office attendees who share respect and kindness for people and parents that they serve to the best of their knowledge. Community facilitator has implemented a social group (Yard Duty )so that 4th and 5th graders candidates can provide the leadership role models for Tk- 1st. The older children are teaching the young peers how to behave safety on the playground while on campus. Its also great to see the many other student support service staff who give student requiring individualized support the proper care that they deserve whether it’s inside or outside learning facilities.Every school has its issues, but this school has provided me the reassurance I need for me and my child. Thank you very much.

I had to pick up my son with a black eye/face.
During covid when the kids were not supposed to be even touching each other, another child pushed my son while playing tag and he fell unconscious. When he woke up there was kids around him. I drove down to the school and no one, not even the principal knew what had happen, the duty wasn’t looking at the time. The principal refused to take accountability. The teachers were very nice and fun but my son was learning things that were a grade level below.

A 3 out of 5, ONLY because his teacher Mrs Osuna was such a wonderful person to work with and in many cases overcompensated her patience.

We love this school. The principal is great. My daughter is very happy here. She has a wonderful teacher and bullying is not tollerated at school.

The scores for Bancroft are low, but they have geat teachers. Not all kids test well. There are other things to take into consideration. It takes a combination of 3 to make a child successful, student, parent, & teacher need to work together. All 3 of my kids have gone here since 1st grade.
