This school is excellent! A hidden gem in a big city. Teachers are positive and encouraging, the principal is transparent, administrators are friendly. PTA is accepting and engaging. The curriculum is fun. My kid is excited about what he is learning and actually retaining the lessons. My only regret is that I didn't find this school sooner.

This is our first year at Academy Endeavour and we have been very pleased. We have attended two other D20 elementary schools prior. At Endeavour, teachers are very friendly, and knowledgeable about the resources available to the students. I have children in a few different grade levels and some need extra-assistance, while others need to be extra-challenged yet, they’re all receiving resources benefiting their growth. The administration, Mrs. Hansen & Mrs. Mitchell are available to parents. They are the friendly faces that greet each student as they walk through the doors each morning and help them into their cars at the end of the day. They also do a fantastic job with keeping our family informed of school events, drills, etc. I’ve also been very impressed with their ability to save and spend on wonderful additions for the students, such as new and improved reading programs and the exciting STEM lab coming soon.

AEES is hands-down the best elementary school in D20! The administration and teachers go above and beyond to build relationships with every student. When you walk in the door, the warm, welcoming atmosphere helps you to feel right at home! My children feel safe and loved in this building! AEES also provides rigorous academics. From interventions to specials, students are challenged and always encouraged to be their best! My children have grown leaps and bounds since starting at AEES. Teachers go above and beyond to teach foundational skills that build at each grade level. There are high expectations for teaching, learning, and behavior. My children have learned not only academic strategies but also strategies for social- emotional health. Teachers meet each child where they are and help them grow! What an amazing school. I’m so happy that my children have the opportunity to be AEES Astronauts!

This is an amazing Elementary school. The staff is wonderful; so dedicated and passionate about giving these kids the best education possible. What I love about this school too, is the many different specials (Music, Spanish, Social/Emotional Learning, Gym, Art, Technology). They are also working on implementing more STEM activities & programs. This gives kids the exposure to help them be well-rounded individuals. The PTA (which includes staff and parents) is very active. They help build the wonderful community that exists here and help make the staff feel loved, along with helping to provide resources to improve our children's education. I'm so happy that we choiced into this school and will be forever grateful that our family has gotten to be a part of it.

My oldest started kindergarten at AEES in 2018 and its seriously been the most amazing school. He has a speech delay with probable dyslexia and hes been receiving the BEST extra help and classes. AEES' dyslexia program is 'take flight' and the classes for this wodnerful reading program are around 4 kids at a time getting individual help. My oldest also has severe ADHD and even before his official diagnosis the school helped and accommodated him so much to better his school life and help him grow. Both my boys love all their teachers so much and always try to say hi and hug teachers from previous years. The staff has always be amazing to discuss any concern ive ever had and shown their understanding to my questions. I am so happy we choiced into AEES, it was the hest decision for both my boys.

We absolutely loved this school!! My daughter learned everything she did from Mrs. Alfieri and now that we have moved away we keep hoping to find a school as caring and educational as this one and they just can't compare. We miss Academy Endeavour!

School of bullies...those bullies are the teachers. My son spent 2nd-through 5th grade thinking he wasn't good enough to succeed. The counselors and administrative staff demonstrated bully behavior and he often came home crying. He doubted his self worth. My son is now in 6th grade and is thriving and is on the honor roll. In middle school, I inquired about his elementary test scores, the administrative staff at his middle school eluded to Academy Endeavor being the worst school of the the elementary schools that flowed into them for administrative reasons. I only wish I would have known then what I know now so I could have choiced him to a different school that empowered him instead of tearing him down.

My children have excelled here! Such an amazing school. Caring staff. High quality academic programs. Even though classes are around 25 students each, the teachers and staff really take the time to know each of their students and tailor learning to each of their needs. Love the reading program, the positive reinforcement system, the emphasis on character building and the whole child, the high technology presence for the students, and the extracurricular programs. I can't say enough about the wonderful teachers and staff. The office staff, assistance principal, specials teachers, and paras in addition to the teachers are so fabulous for the care and attention they give the children and families at this school. I couldn't recommend this school enough.

My previous review began "Our experience with Academy Endeavour has been wonderful." My revised review: I wish I could say the same today. I will say I had one child that had the most incredible experience with truly awesome teachers that he will remember forever. My other child was often so stressed about going to school that he made himself sick. All you have to do is look at the drop between 2013 3rd grade scores and 2014 3rd grade scores - I had a child in both grades, and that drop in scores reflects their experiences there. I hope the school can get back to where it once was, but we won't be there to find out...

Academy Endeavor after school program has been harassing us for 1 year and half about a bill that is owed that we did not accrue. We received calls at our places of work even after noting that The Fair Credit Collections Act forbids calls at a persons employment. This afterschool program charges you even if your child accidentally goes there by accident. For instance just walking in the door even though the child accidentally goes there. Do Not Use their afterschool daycare it is a scam and now some debt collector is suing me and my family for what they claim is a $200 bill is now a $1,000 bill. D20 schools will not do anything so it is now up to me as a parent and a consumer to warn the public.Thanks for nothing D20 you will be hearing from our lawyer.

My son attended this school for 5th grade only, having been at a different school within the district previously. He grew exponentially in the year that he attended AEES. The teacher that he had was truly invested in his students and amazingly attuned to both their educational and personal strengths. My son was guided in the areas where he needed personal growth and received a sound academic education. The administration and principal of the school are professional, knowledgeable, and interested in helping when they can. Very positive experience. I marked only 4 stars for parent involvement. In truth, I do not know if that was accurate. I did not get to spend much time at the school. The feeling was that there was parent involvement, less so, however then my prior experience where the "parent volunteers" seemed to outnumber staff and ran the school. AEES had a nice balance.

Love this school! Staff and teachers are so caring and tons of parental involvement makes for a great school. I especially love the TAG program, which my daughter was involved with for three years. Having a full-time TAG teacher is unfortunately not too common anymore. Ms. Reynolds is awesome, and the students are challenged in a variety of ways. The school has had some growing pains, mainly resulting in quite a bit of traffic at drop-off/pick-up. If more families would walk/carpool it would help a ton.

AEES is a wonderful school, my three children have enjoyed all of their teachers and the employees really seem to enjoy being at school. We switched our children from a neighboring school and could not be more satisfied. Come tour the school they are always welcoming to families being around. Lots of ways to volunteer and participate in your child's education.

We love AEES! The staff are awesome and all knew my son and who I was every time I come in. It's a very friendly school and they encourage family involvement. They had several different events throughout the year for families to come and participate in. The specials teachers are awesome (Spanish, gym, art, library/computers and music) and so is the administration. I really felt like all the staff loved being there and cared about the kids. It was more than just a job for them. I even loved their pick up drop off policy. We bought a house in the AEES area just so our kids could go there and we were not disappointed. Unfortunately we are military and now have to move on, but we'll miss AEES!!

We love this school! They go above and beyond to accommodate the kids and make them feel good about themselves. They are a warm and welcoming school with great staff all the way around. We moved here from MI last year and we came here based on the parent reviews and they were all right. This was the best decision for my kids.

I am very happy that my daughter is able to attend this school. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available. I have enjoyed all the extra-curricular opportunities that has had. Academically, I am pleased with the progress my daughter has made in first grade. She has progressed from basic reading when she entered to a third grade level. Overall very pleased with the efforts and dedication of the entire staff.

This is our first year at Academy Endeavour and I am so glad this is the school we chose for our son. His Kindergarten teacher is fantastic and he is loving school and thriving academically. All of the staff and leadership in the school make you feel so welcome and I am very pleased with the academics and core values programs they incorporate into the classroom.
