First off, the people are super annoying and the teachers try to control them, but it doesn’t really work. They always chew gum and eat food in the class and think they are more superior than everyone else. I feel like naming people would be mean, but it’s ok because I feel like being mean in this review. Shaia , your body spray smells so bad and it’s so strong for no reason. A 13-14 year old should not have that much. There’s a bunch of tryhards who also think they are better just because they are in a higher math class or something. The teachers are ok. They aren’t too nice or too strict (well at least for this year). The homework load is very big. You get a quarterly homework pass but even that isn’t enough. You only get more passes if you’re in sports or in a play, but even in a play it’s on the performance days, not throughout the year like the sports passes. You should not feel obligated to join a sport just because you feel overwhelmed with homework and want to get out of it. The lunch passing period is literally one minute and you need to walk over to the highschool for lunch which takes 3-5 minutes alone and plus the teachers take forever to release you at lunch so you end up having like 10 minutes to eat. This school is very meh. They talk about all these rules and stuff such as uniform but don’t really enforce it. They say they give you an oops form if you violate the dress code but I’ve only seen like a couple people actually get one. The uniform is also expensive. A pair of pants should not be $60-$70. Also the people are super judgmental for no reason.

I feel that the HW load is too much and interferes with my child's home life. I don't get to spend much time with my child during the week due to HW. I have spoke with another parent who removed her child due to this same concern.

I like this school overall. The only thing I don't like is the HW load.
