Our eldest daughter completed her time at The Goddard School after spending two years there before transitioning to Kindergarten. The school played a significant role in her development, impressing her Kindergarten teachers. Due to our positive experience, we enrolled our youngest child, Caleb, at Goddard School when he was just six weeks old. Now, at two years old, he continues to thrive there.

As military parents, our deployments and schooling have been made easier by the incredible support and assistance provided by the school for our children. We enthusiastically recommend The Goddard School to parents who prioritize education and safety. We have no concerns about our children's development, as the dedicated teachers are fully committed to both their growth and well-being. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this school.

The staff at Goddard are merely phenomenal! Ms. Soo, Ms. Rohini, Ms. Lisa, and my home-girl Ms. Jacci are the ladies who I interact with most often; they are professional, personable, and caring individuals. The owner, Ms. Kumud, hires the best talent to handle the training and development of our kids, and she is constantly engaged with the kids and staff. The change I've seen over the last year in my son has been nothing but ground-breaking. He reads, writes, interacts with other kids and adults with respect and kindness, and he's more disciplined than prior to starting at Goddard. His mother and I, of course, reinforce these practices at home but the investment we have made at Goddard has paid off. The hours of operation are helpful as well (6am-6pm) because my wife doesn't drive and I have a busy work schedule, so it enables me to drop off and pickup with enhanced flexibility. Our son has gone from little boy to talented young man, ready to tackle kindergarten this fall. We are very grateful to the staff at Goddard and we look forward to enrolling our youngest when he is potty trained and ready to join the team at Goddard. Thank you all for an amazing year with your tireless efforts in child development and care.

From the day I toured this school, it stood out above all of the other schools we were looking at. We love the location of this school, it’s in a very safe area. The staff is amazing, they all take the time to get to know each child and I genuinely feel like they love their job. Our daughter has been going here for a few years now and we have never had a single negative experience nor has our daughter. They have a great curriculum and I feel like my daughter actually learns while she is there.
We are really sad to be leaving, but it is time for my daughter to start kindergarten.
We recommend this school to other parents all the time and will definitely send our future children here.

This is a wonderful school that is very well managed and maintained. The owner and staff are really great with the kids. They also did an excellent job accommodating special requests or needs as they came up. I definitely recommend this school as a first choice for anyone. I feel really fortunate to have found The Goddard School when I did and am grateful for the experiences that my son had while enrolled there.

Our son attended Pre-K the last year and we had a wonderful experience! Ms. Sarah is a fantastic, attentive and caring teacher. The daily reports to include the daily curriculum is accurate and provides great discussion to share in my sons daily activities and education. The staff took great strides to know and welcome our family through a tough year of wearing masks and being restricted to the lobby of the school.

The Goddard school was so welcoming and cared for our daughter very well. She loved going to school so much that she sometimes wanted to stay when we picked her up to go home! The owner and staff are kind and loving, and we absolutely adored the atmosphere.

The Goddard school is AMAZING! The staff are all friendly and helpful. I noticed so much growth in both of my girls in just a couple months. This is not the cheapest school around BUT definitely worth the price!

Very good so far. My son is in the monkeys/toddlers room and is happy to go to school every morning. The teachers have always been responsive and very patient with the kids. They also seem to have been teachers here for several years. They also taught my son sign language for “more”, he just came home and started signing it for more snacks one day. My son has not had a diaper rash or gotten sick since he started a few months ago. The owner is always on site and seems very involved. Director and assistant director are very nice and also always around and knows all the kids.

EXTRAORDINARY! From the staff to the material our son was learning, this school went above and beyond. Even during covid, the school sent constant email updates, called to check on our family, created packets for pick up, and even made an online learning platform including videos and projects for the children to do from home. They truly care about the children and want them to learn. The material my 4 year old son was working on was incredible. He was being challenged in an educational and fun way. Every day dropping him off I knew he was in good hands. I enjoyed every staff member I came into contact with. They truly were a joy. I pray this school is able to snap back after covid. They are truly one in a million.

The owner is very kind and loving, she knows my son by name and takes time to give him extra attention. We love Ms Barb in the infant room and she shares in our excitement as my son accomplishes new “firsts” like walking. The teachers take time to take cute pictures and send through the app. The directors at the front desk are always friendly. It makes it a lot easier to leave your baby while at work knowing they are happy and cared for.

I want to warn everyone against this school. We are a military family and while they didnt have any availability when we were looking for childcare, we put down a one week deposit as well as a registration fee payment towards a future date. The leadership that signed us up told us that if we withdraw our kids from the program before they start, we would only lose the registration fee, they made NO MENTION of the 30 days notice we had to give PRIOR to my kids even setting foot in the school.... PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! There are far better rated schools with leadership that communicates effectively.

Bad choice! I was there to pick my son up who was sick and his lunch that I brought at 6:45am with yougart and meat was still sitting out! No wonder he gets sick often! I asked Ashley the manager and she said Marie must not have gotten around to that room yet! They really encourage parents to leave reviews but the placeis average at best! We are leaving as soon as our 30 day notice is up! Try somewhere else!

My son loved this school and his teachers. He still talks about them even though he attends Elementary school now. The teachers were very caring and educated. One of his teacher's had a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. I would definitely recommend this school. The turnover rate was not high. My son had the same teachers for a year and they had been with the school for at least 3 years.

Not a good choice. Teacher turnover rate was huge when we were there. Gave our thirty day notice, only to get our kids treated like garbage.

We love The Goddard School. It's been a terrific fit for my son. He started at 14 months and loves his teachers! They provide daily updates and pictures via email. It's great! We couldn't be happier!

The Goddard School has been a wonderful pre-school for both our children and they will certainly miss their teachers when the time comes to start kindergarten. We have found the learning environment quite inviting and appreciate the care the teachers and management have provided to our children

We moved to Colorado Springs in December of 2013 and thoroughly researched child development centers for our 2 and 4 year old sons. We had high expectations based experience with our previous preschool. Based on our research we visited 3 centers and Goddard was the clear winner. But at the end of the day you really do not know if it is the best choice until your kids settle in, you have some experiences and see the response and the results. 6 months after our decision we feel even stronger about our decision to send our kids to the Colorado Springs Goddard School. From the front office team, to the management to the teachers, they all do the their very best even in the most challenging circumstances. I have seen them rally around families going through tragic circumstances and go above an beyond. The communication is frequent, informative and clear. My experiences with the teachers has been positive and they actively work with you and your child on their needs while balancing the needs of the other children. The management is very engaged and responsive. I have a hard time getting my kids to leave school at the end of the day. Based on our experience, I highly recommend this school
