I would never recommend this school after my experience here. They do not like strong willed or independent children who are not standardized thinkers or fit into their box. The majority of teachers are female and the are not grateful for money raised , volunteer hours and will isolate your child if they are strong willed. Definitely try to get into the other school in town. Better averages and energy vibes as a whole. Ive never been so disappointed in an establishment like Eyestone. This down deserves a much better place for kids. It is not a happy place and I dont think any child is thriving here. Nothing nice to say.

My experience with my kids as their first year of preschool has been absolutely exceptional! I have two little ones in the early childhood program. My son will be going into kinder next year and my daughter is 3 on the autism spectrum and has an IEP. They are both in different afternoon classes. My son absolutely loves his teachers and so do I! Ms Kris, Ms Nancy, and Ms Linda are absolutely amazing! The weekly newsletter Ms kris sends out every week is well put together and shows me exactly what they will be working on each day of the week including big and small groups. It has reminders of days off or special events and even has a vocabulary list! Something i desperately wish my daughters class had. My daughter also loves her teachers and they love her! Ms Alma(class para) I especially LOVE her SPED teacher Kristin Sima! Words cant even express how grateful we are to have her as our girls teacher. Im sad she only gets a certain amount of time with her a week, but the amount of love and care she feels for these kiddos is unmatched! I had a conversation with her at the beginning of the year expressing my fears about my girl going to school a year early. She actually made me feel at peace amd turned my fear into excitement and even connected me with another mom who was in my same position last year and her and i are best friends now and her son is in my sons class and are also best friends! I can't even thank her enough for the genuine love and support she not only gives my daughter, but me as well!!! Both Kristin's, Knutson and Sima definitely deserve the best teachers awards!!! And definitely ms Alma too! My daughter tends to be particular and Ms Alma has been "her person" from day 1. So im also very grateful for her and all the EC staff at Eyestone!!! They are all amazing and I couldn't be more pleased with this school and program!

No progress at all. No challengs to encourage growth. If mediocrity and status quo is ok with you, Eyestone will at least do that.

We live the school and the teachers are great. Most of the teachers have been there several years and there is amazing parent support and great volunteers at the school.

Each teacher in each grade level has their own way of handling homework but they've all been effective and love that my kid gets to experience different teachers' methods since he will be experiencing this in middle school soon

All staff and teachers encourage positive behavior and give "paw"sitive rewards for going above and beyond and the kids really seem to try harder knowing that their positive behavior is acknowledged instead of just focusing on when kids act negatively

All the staff and teachers are a team and work amazingly together. The principal at Eyestone now was actually my husband's kindergarten teacher way back in the day, he has been at Eyestone for a long time and takes pride in his school

Both hubby and kiddo went all the way thru eyestone and loved it and there teachers were amazing! !!

The quality of instruction, deep experience of the staff, and the effort I've seen teachers make to connect with my kids seet this school apart.
They've absolutely thrived in the environment that has been created at Eyestone!

My kids went to 3 schools in 1 year and of them all they love eyestone the most. The teachers are great, parent involvement is wonderful and the principal goes above and beyond for the students.

Eyestone has been so wonderful! My son started kindergarten last year and absolutely loved it! The teacher's strive to bring out the best in each child. The principal goes above and beyond! A great education is definately the entire staff's priority ; )
