This is a great school! I feel the staff and the teachers truly care about each and every student and they do not tolerate bullying. They challenge the kids and give them assignments to prepare them for their next grade level. I believe my child will be ready for junior high once he completes the 6th grade from BLMS.

Teachers at this school challenge the kids and adequately prepare them for junior high. The teachers, the principal, the assistant principal and the staff at this school genuinely care about the students

This school is horrible. The faculty I think may be high on drugs most of the time. They have a policy of not rewarding overachieving students, so as not to make the underachievers "feel bad" The teachers qualifications meet the bare minimum, and the only positive program they have is the Gifted program, which is administered by an outside teacher. I really wish I had the money to put my child into a private school so that she does not have to suffer through another 2 years of inadequate learning an education. The curriculum is way behind what they should be learning. This school is HORRIBLE.
