The staff and teachers are wonderful! They are always so helpful and kind. I have a son enrolled in Pre-K and he has learned so much and loves his teacher! This school deserves more credit than it is given. The principal is an outstanding person! I am so greatful my son has had this amazing opportunity to have been taught by this amazing school!

If your child is special needs I would stir clear of mayfield! They seem to lack the proper education and holding techniques needed for special needs children they aren't following CPI's policy for properly handling a child. All the special needs paras and teacher are just wrong for putting their hands on kids! I'm not the only parent they've left marks on our kids! Cops won't do anything won't make a report and special education department won't do anything about it either. I was told the marks on my child can not be guaranteed to not happen again. Principal is a joke, seems more worried about test scores and seems fake then actually handling the situations and making the staff be accountable for the poor actions!

This school is amazing and I am proud to send my children here. The teachers are wonderful, communication with the staff is great, and the principal is always around and cheerful. My children are learning more than just academics. They are learning how to be kind, caring people. I love the parent/student events in the evening, such as Art night and Math night. The after-school program is great as well.

I am moving to the area because of a military move and wanted to get someones opinion on this school. All I hear about is how great the Boone Ecole School is but nothing about the other schools. I am really interested in this school cause it is away from the city and I wouldnt have to live in slidell. is this a high demand school?

I love Mayfield! The school is beautiful with first class facilities. The principal is awesome. It has some growing pains as all new schools do. My daughter was in private school for kindergarten but has been at Mayfield for first and second grade. She has had two great teachers so far!

Horrible school... classrooms are over crowded, teacher do not care about their students, fights daily even in kindergarten this school is out of control...I would rather my kids go back to alton, it was an incredible school considering the demographic location teacher their were amazing and nice and treated all the students with love and understanding
