Any school thatÂ’s in the media for the unfair way that they treat kids rights is not a good place to educate. They prioritize other things above education. Take your children out now!

I am a student at MSMS, and the school just seems very stupid, which is ironic. We pour all our money into Ipads, money which could be spent updating the administration. Seriously, the principal and vice principal haven't changed in 50 years! There are some great teachers here, many of which I have had, but then there are some terrible ones that need to go. For example, my history teacher had something like this to say about a suspended student: "I hope he gets expelled." This is completely inappropriate language for a teacher, even if the student has a disciplinary record. And of course, the cafeteria is an absolute disgrace. This year alone, I received expired milk and found a hair in my rice. What's most heartbreaking to me though is what it could have been. It could have been a pioneer in education with its funds, but instead we're stuck with this.

It is 10:00 on a Wednesday night and my 6th grader is just finishing her homework, actually she had one more thing to do but I sent her to bed anyway. What is going on with all of the homework????? What is the point of driving our children crazy?? It is ridiculous to have parents screaming at them to get their work done. Why can't our kids get what they need to get done during school hours then go home to relax their brains, read and have have family time. Pretty school but pretty ridiculous administration to enforce so much homework!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
