Great school that focuses on the child. After moving from the public system my son has stayed out of trouble and continues to excel in his academics. He is punished daily by the school administration because he is a BOY and the public schoolwork was not challenging

The children are not overloaded with homework and instead are taught at school. Parents are encouraged to be involved with their child's learning as well.

They are able to focus on the children closely due to the small class sizes and they love the kids as their own.

I feel some of these reviews that are 1 star are from parents who don't know how to effectively raise Christian children. You don't just rely on a school to raise your children, you must put in an effort at home as well. I have seen the exact opppsite of the 1 star reviews. I have 2 teenage boys that go to the school after being homeschooled for several years. They love the school and have learned much. The price is not expensive compared to most private schools and the administration take great care to love and teach your children.

This school is terrible!!! They pretend to be a nice bible believing Christian school but they are not!!! I agree with the parent that posted about favoritism because sadly there's a lot of that going on.... There are much better places to send your kids too please do some research. Too sad that this people call them selfs Christians.

FCA is a terrible school. Sadly I sent my kids there and after a year I pulled them out. Their grades went downhill along with state test scores. The way it is structured makes no sense. They cram several grades into 1 classroom and there is 1 teacher for several grades. If you are a teacher at the school and you have kids who attend the school, they get special treatment over other kids in everything they do at the school. Any contests they have are always won by the kids whose parents or relatives are teachers and administrators at the school. They say they are Christians, but they show no compassion when you as the parent tell the teacher that your child is sick or if you attend a sporting event that goes later than normal in the evening and your child has 10+ pages of homework to do and ask if it could be turned in by the end of the week, the reply you get is sorry but the work needs to be done by the next day. Save your money, you will Thank me later

Incredible atmosphere... family feel. Amazing place to be, privileged to have spent as much time as I have at FCA. The "parent" who wrote the scathing review has no idea what he or she is talking about. Great staff, great community, highly recommended school. Students are very friendly... go and see for yourself!

Worst school you could possibly send your kids to. While it seems the family operated administration has good intentions their system is flawed. The school is a christian school but their alumni are some of the worst citizens in town. I would say 1/10 students who graduate from Fellowship turn out on the right path. Others build up a hatred for religion and cannot stand to get away from anything and everything that has to do with this school and religion. Additionally, students who graduate from this school do not have enough credits and real classes in order to get into a good college. Most graduates attend very private christian colleges which do not care about high school academics. In the last 5 years I would say only 1-2 graduates made it into a real college. Overall, if you want to send your kids to a nice school that is not a public school stay away from Fellowship Christian Academy. The school is family operated with closed minded hypocritical individuals. If you don't believe me, send your kids their and then read this review again 12 months later. Save your money, send them elsewhere.
