My son started this school August 2022 and it has been one positive experience after another. He has special needs and they were met quickly. He has developed friendships and is excited about attending this school. Communication with teachers and staff has also been very well. Look forward to his remaining years here.

Been here for three years and I love this school! Small, country setting, away from the big city, with fantastic teachers who really care and an amazing principal. Before EOG's the principal wrote a handwritten letter to all the kids saying good luck. She is awesome! Love this school!

Great school! They discipline children and teach manners with kindness and gentleness. They expect respect and get it. They are a great bunch of teachers and the principal is amazing!!!

This school is more interested in test scores for funding from the No Child Left Behind -Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA). If your child falls behind they will make them repeat the grade rather than try teaching, or salvage the students work by getting them caught up with their peers. Choose wisely before sending here because of a free bus ride.

this is my children's 1st yr at Sunnyside and I love the school. When you enter that school you feel the love and can tell that the teachers and principals want to be there not just for the paycheck but for the children.. I love Sunnyside!

Sunnyside Elementary have grown over the pass three years. The Principal and staff have encouraged and pushed all students academically to make sure their grades are successful. The parents are contacted early about any need(s) they child may have academically and what to do to make sure the students are where they need to be at the end of the school year. Sunnyside have different events going on for parents as well as students through out the school year. Every six-nine weeks the kids are recognized for behavior, grades, etc. Sunnyside is destined for greatness.
