"Perfect for Aviators"

Houses are spread out, lots of large mature trees - unlike most of the new-construction sub divisions which used to be farms, so all of the trees are shorter than the houses. Plots are large, many back up to woods. Mix of military and non-military families. This area of town is particularly good for 2 things: 1: easy to Simmons Army Airfield - 10 miles, 12 minutes each way, consistently. Only a couple of stop signs and 2 traffic lights, NO traffic. Other neighborhoods to the south of Fort Bragg might be 2 miles from the nearest gate, but take 25 minutes to get in and out during rush-hour coming and going. #2 if your spouse wants to work in Raleigh, it's a good compromise: 55 minutes, again traffic not bad.
