As a parent, I feel a deep responsibility to share our firsthand experience with this school to warn other families. What my son has endured here has been incredibly disheartening, and I strongly believe no child should ever have to go through what he went through. This institution operates with a horrible level of hypocrisy, preaching safety and inclusion on paper while fostering a toxic, neglected environment in reality. From a physical standpoint, the facility is completely unacceptable. The building lacks proper air conditioning, creating miserable learning conditions. During warmer months, classrooms become stifling, overcrowded boxes filled with hundreds of sweaty teenagers trying to focus while completely overheated. It is a completely counterproductive environment for education, showing a basic lack of care for the students' physical comfort and well-being. However, the physical discomfort is nothing compared to the severe emotional and social toll this school takes on its students. The social climate here is openly hostile and toxic. On a daily basis, the hallways and classrooms are filled with incredibly harsh, cruel comments. My son has routinely witnessed rampant bullying, which frequently escalates to include disgusting homophobic slurs and deeply offensive racist remarks. It is an environment where hate speech and casual cruelty are completely normalized among the student body. What makes this situation truly unforgivable is the total failure of the faculty. The teachers simply do not care. Rather than intervening, enforcing disciplinary consequences, or maintaining a safe environment, the staff actively look the other way. They offer absolutely no support, comfort, or protection to the students who are being targeted by these malicious attacks. By refusing to address the severe bullying, racism, and homophobia happening right in front of them, the educators are directly enabling this harmful behavior.T his is a fundamentally bad school that fails to meet basic standards of student safety and decency. I am sharing this review because I sincerely hope that no other family has to experience this, and I strongly urge any parent considering this school to look elsewhere.

My child has loved his experience at Eagle View. The academic "teams" they create helps make and maintain friends along with the staff learning your child and their needs/learning styles. I sub and volunteer in the school, so I also see first-hand how it really works on a daily basis. I have not seen a staff member in any area that gave me pause. From the special needs department to PE to the academic classrooms to music, Eagle View is top notch. This is the 6th district across the nation our children have attended, and we firmly believe a good district is key. CV overall, and EVMS in particular, exceed our high expectations. I sub in a neighboring district as well and cannot even compare the two. Highly recommend finding a home that puts you not only in the Cumberland Valley School District, but specifically in the Eagle View Middle and Green Ridge Elementary schools.

What I like about this school is, most of the teachers try to work with the child and parents when they have a learning disability. I felt after our last meeting, that the teachers and assistant principal was excited to see how they could maximize the learning process in our child. Our child's dream is to go to college and play lacrosse. I feel with the right teacher's from Eagle View and what we can do from home and our child's hard work, our child and others attending Eagle View Middle School, can have all their dreams come true.

My daughter is in 6th grade. I expect a lot of my daughter, the school and the teachers. The teachers are extremely lenient. My kid doesn't exert much effort and despite failing quizzes and not turning in work, yet she still gets almost all As and Bs and is awarded honor roll. Don't rely on grades to accurately reflect your child's performance. Look at eSchoolbook and stay on top of things. I've heard that the students who attend Good Hope are better prepared when entering high school.

This is the best school ever, way better than good hope. Its nice and clean since the custodians do a great job. The teachers are great. I'm in 7th grade and the teachers are the best. And by the way we don't have security guards like that person down there said.

Eagle View is the best and cleanest school I've ever seen. This school is a lot betterthan good hope. If i had a choice between Eagle view and 10 good hopes i would pick Eagle view no question. The teachers have fun with students while at the same time giving a great education. Teachers try to relate with their kids unlike some other schools which just treat their kids like strangers. This school in my opinion is the safest and nicest school. There are security guards and cameras keeping our students safe. Practically no bullying. This school gives the kids a sense of freedom. the principals are nice and kind with their students. the shools education program is very good and keeps the students always learning new things like the chinese language.This is my opinion of Eagle View.
