I started working at the Goddard school while I was a senior in high school and was so excited to be working there because all I've ever wanted to do was work with kids. In the beginning the owner and director (Shannon and Fernando) were very nice to me and made me feel like a valued staff member but as time went on that seemed to change. I put my all into caring for those kids but none of that seemed to matter. After being there for 2 years they began disrespecting me and all around ignoring my questions and concerns. Every single room in that building is over ratio by a lot but they continue to enrol new kids. All they care about is making the money, if you go in for a tour they will put on the biggest show you have ever seen. They will make it appear that they actually care about your children and make it seem like they come first but in reality as long as they get your money then that's all that matters. They don't care about the kids, they don't care about the parents and they definitely don't care about their employees. Teachers are constantly leaving because of being mistreated which ends up also effecting the children. The teachers are great, management is horrible.

Our son truly enjoyed being at Goddard, learning so much and making new friends. I am grateful for all of the love and patience the teachers showed towards him. It helped him grow and mature. Being at Goddard has given him a strong foundation to continue to grow in these next years of his life!

We started to reflect back on the past 4 years at Goddard, we have been so thrilled with the school as a whole; but it truly comes down to the individuals that have contributed to our daughter's care and education.

If you are looking for a place for your child to learn and grow in a loving environment, I would fully recommend The Goddard School-Enola. My son has attended The Goddard School in Enola from preschool through Kindergarten and it has been a fabulous experience for us both. The staff and teachers are top notch- not only do they care about your child's education, but they care about your child as a person and their personal growth. It is a fun environment to make it easy to learn.

My child has attended the school since birth. I have found the school to be a great experience for our family. My child has made life long friendships! My child was well prepared for 1st grade and continues to make great progress. The teachers understand each child's individual education needs and are able to meet those needs.

When we enrolled our older child (then an infant), the owner and director (Fernando and Shannon) put on a convincing show. They made us feel like the staff was caring, and the children were top-priority. This was certainly a fascade. As time went on, it was apparent the owner was in this business to make a buck, certainly not invested in child care or education. There was no open communications, as talking with management was like speaking to a rock. Rates for individual rooms were on no set basis, and it was only through discussion between parents that we would learn that tuition costs were completely different for each family. Teacher turnover was high, and this was distressing to our children. Most regular teachers seemed generally unhappy. Regular teachers were not even present until the 6pm closing time. The 'fill-ins' who would watch the kids later in the day were young girls, most of them looked to be still in high school, and many times they would be inappropriately dressed. My older child would regularly tell me, "Mommy, I don't want to go to school" or "I don't like school." After almost 4 years, I was relieved to finally pull my kids from this school.
