This school has failed my daughter. Her second grade teacher was caught in lies in a meeting but yet the staff will support their teachers; even in their wrong and blame the students. This year for third grade, it’s starting off the same. We were at several meetings last school year and there is no accountability for the teachers. The student advocate is also a joke. She speaks well in front of parents but accused my child of lying when she was telling the truth based on what another student said. Pull the cameras as you did before. I’ve heard from many parents, many, who have pulled their child out of this school. My only mistake is that I didn’t do it sooner.

Absolutely horrible. Actually have looked for a new home in a different school district and will be moving next month because of this school. Sad that you have to sell your home and buy another house to be in a better school

Don’t always have the homework binder in her backpack. The teachers excuse is that the T/A must have forgot.

Posted: February 24, 2020

The teachers rely to much on their T/A’s rather than do their own job.

No seems more like they promote bullying.

Nobody has an answer for anything. The principal is never available.

No!!!! I’ve asked for my daughter to be removed/transferred to a different classroom. She comes home everyday and says that the same two boys bully her and push her and use profanity towards her on the playground.

My daughter switched schools mid year due to our move out of state. We were nervous about her starting at Ladson Elementary because of bad reviews and she came from a school rated a 9 out of 10. I can honestly say I am so happy with this school and the wonderful staff. Everyone at this school goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The students love the teachers and are excited about learning. The communication between staff and parents is very open and you are encouraged to participate as much as you can. My husband and I were also very impressed with the safety precautions that are taken on a daily basis.Overall this is a great school and you should definitely ignore the bad remarks!
