What an amazing elementary school! Went here in 1995-1999.

I got put in BIR (“behavior improvement room”) in 1st grade but didn’t go back. The staff instead chose to go out of their way to let me have special attention for GOOD behavior that kept me behaving instead of just punishment.

Even got to be in the South Carolina G.A.T.E. (Gifted and Talented Education) Program (back when it was only ages 8-10). Loved G.A.T.E. and the school!

I had a classmates who were also my friends that were disabled. We had a great time in elementary and are still to this day friends. A couple of them are at my current school as we are in 8th grade now.

I was personally, bullied at this school but it was dealt with immediately. I never had a problem with the student afterward.

My daughter attended this school for 3rd, 4th, and now entering the 5th grade. I am very satisfied with this school. My daughter excels and loves all of her teachers. It would be perfect if the student/teacher ratio was lower, but it's still a great school, communication can be a little better.

I used to be a student here before going to Bells Crossing Elementary School for second grade. Let me just say that this place was the best. I was there since Pre-K until first grade. That, sadly, was more than 6 years ago, as I'm going into 7th grade. I miss everyone from my old teachers to my friends...
