As a parent, I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience my child has had at St. Mark Christian Academy. From the moment we first visited, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the strong sense of community. Now, having been part of the St. Mark family for over a year, I am happy to say that the school has exceeded all our expectations.
Academically, our child has flourished. The curriculum is rigorous yet engaging, fostering a love for learning that we hadn't seen before. The individualized attention provided by the teachers ensures that each student can thrive. Our child's progress has been remarkable; they are not only excelling in core subjects but also developing critical thinking and problem-solving skills that will serve them well beyond their school years.
One of the standout aspects of St. Mark Christian Academy is the incredible dedication and passion of the teachers. They are not just educators but mentors who genuinely care about their students' well-being and success. Our child's teacher, in particular, has made a significant impact. Through their encouragement and support, our child's confidence has soared. They have gone from being shy and reserved to actively participating in class discussions and taking on leadership roles. This transformation is a testament to the teacher's ability to inspire and nurture their students.
The school's focus on character development, alongside academic excellence, is another aspect we deeply appreciate. St. Mark Christian Academy instills strong values and a sense of responsibility in its students, preparing them to be not just successful scholars but also compassionate and ethical individuals.
In summary, St. Mark Christian Academy has been a blessing for our family. The academic achievements, the boost in our child's confidence, and the unwavering support from the teachers have made a world of difference. We are incredibly grateful to be part of such a wonderful school community and look forward to many more years of growth and success.

My child loves going to school everyday and has learned so much. After completely kindergarten, she was working at a second-grade level. She loves her teachers and they love her. They also continue to wear masks to protect the children.

I don't reccomed this school due to the inefficient and lack of administrative staff and the pastor. The school is not professional. This school does not care about covid as staff and children aren't wearing their mask. This school does not prepare my child for public school/ 5th grade. Low number of students but they are always close together.

My experience at this school was totally devastating to me as well as my child. As parents we took the time over the summer to tour the school and to inquire about the schools lunch policy because my child is a picky eater and we send his lunch everyday. After being reassured that my child could bring lunch from home I learned that after the 1st day of attending we were not given the full details of how strict they are about children eating lunch from home.

I removed my child after the 1st week of school.

My child was not allowed to eat lunch with the children in his classroom because he took his lunch. The lunch rules are not explained to parents up front.
1. Your child cannot have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich because of other children with allergies. Even if he/she is not sitting next to someone with the allergies.
2. If your child brings in lunch from home he/she cannot eat at the same table with bis/her class which means that on more days than not he /she will be eating alone. (My child was ostracized for being a picky eater and not wanting to eat the lunch provided by the school)

Our school provides a "divine class" education for all students. Our administrative staff and our teachers are state certified professionals. I have worked at St. Mark for three years and have found that the staff, students and parents have created a loving environment for all students to learn and excel. The spirit of excellence at our school has provided a strong academic and spiritual foundation that is the very heart of all lessons that are taught. We also value our relationships with our students, families and our community as we continue to prepare our students for global citizenship.
