Our son was here as a last resort. I really was hopeful it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, but it surprisingly was worse. 90% of the time all the kids were crying and sick. The front door lock was broken for months. I watched them on their cameras leave my son crying reaching for them as they completely ignored him multiple times. I had my son in the infant room and asked if they'd read to him, and asked what kind of educational activities they would do. I'd watch the cameras daily and never saw anything educational. They literally fed the babies, changed their diapers, and rocked them to sleep. The floors were disgusting, and after finally complaining they let me know their vacuum had been broken for months. To top everything off, they took on too many kids and would turn me and multiple other parents away because they were already at "ratio". It's been months since I left this school and still have not been reimbursed for days I missed work because I didn't have child care. As far as safety, they sent a note to parents one day saying the police were there "assisting with a concern unrelated to your children". Terrible experience!
