This school has a great care fund for impoverished people and has most likely helped thousands learn, though I saw two spiders in the bathroom a few days ago therefore this school should be burned to the ground.

Almost all the subs are horrible in my experience I have had a sub that I almost got a detention for some other kid opening a door me and my friends were playing around and accidentally opened the back door an inch or 2 and she told us and kids in pretty much in sight of us would get a detention if anyone opened the door the normal teacher would let us go out of the door. I also had a sub/student teacher that asked more questions than we did and took up the whole period and blamed it on the class so we did not finish the assignment we didn't even get to start on the assignment. I'm not saying subs are bad I'm saying in my experience a lot are.

The teachers are phenomenal Most of them actually bring fun and existing materials to the table. some teachers don't like teaching but still get the job done. the subs on the other hand are horrible. most of them just couldn't care less and the student teachers know less than the students

Our family has been extremely happy with our kids education and experience at Kingston Middle School. It is a diverse community and KMS handles this challenge very well. The teachers really look out for the students, and work with them to get them to succeed. The counseling staff is fantastic and seek out the kids to encourage them to try different activities. Both of my kids have been challenged and have done well at this school. There is a major emphasis on kindness and respect. I think this age can be a trying time for the kids, but KMS seems to help them handle this transition very well. We have nothing but positive comments about our experienece here!
