We LOVE Reeves Middle School! There are so many opportunities for students to be engaged in extra activities, sponsored by teachers. This helps build our children into well-rounded individuals, allows them to connect with students that they may not be in class with, and build community. There are many teachers who give extra time to help students develop in areas of interest. Because it is a smaller middle school, most of the teachers and staff know most of the students. They can give more one on one attention, cater to individual needs, and specialize their teaching approaches based on student needs. The feeling at Reeves is positive and familial. In the times that I have needed to communicate with staff or teachers, I have been largely satisfied with the promptness and quality of the communication. My son, who is classified as highly capable, chose Reeves over the specialized hi-cap program at a different school because of all that Reeves has to offer. GO RAMS!

Absolutely fantastic educational experience with Reeves! The staff and teachers have taken a really interest and supportive role for my daughter, who is a person managing ND and ADHD. The open house night really demonstrated the involvement teachers take with the students. They are supportive of our childrens 6th grade transition from elementary into this new, class changing, home work (light!!) environment. They really get whole person/human development! Principals have done an excellent job communicating as well.

Reeves Middle School is a good school to go to. It is a friendly environment and there is not a lot of bullying. The school has a nice clean look to it. Reeves is a small school which is nice. Reeves has some pretty good teachers. This school is big on music and most of the students are in a music elective. The lunches are good and the cafeteria staff does a good job. The school has good leadership. The school has Chromebook carts and an iPad cart for the students to use. Also, the math classrooms have smart boards. One thing I really like about Reeves is opportunity time which students can work on their school work or socialize. Reeves is an awesome school!

The principal is great, but some of the staff are hated by the students.

The alki program used to be really good then they brought in awful teachers and I think that was the only good thing about rms but now that's bad too. There's also too much drama.

Reeves is a great middle school. When you walk into the school it feels like a safe and happy place. The teachers and staff are friendly and helpful. The principal is caring and committed. We couldn't have asked for a better middle school experience.

Reeves Middle School is an incredible school. The entire staff truly cares about students and do whatever it takes to promote student growth. The teachers are innovative and provide student centered instruction. Classrooms are differentiated for the needs of each student and infused with technology. Administration is very strong and communicates very effectively of any upcoming events, issues or changes. Administration always has time for parents and students. Teachers, classified staff and administration are always visible to students at school and at school events.

Reeves is an outstanding school with dedicated staff and administrators that put kids needs first. Students are the wonderful and create a caring community. Parent support is second to none. Overall, this school meets every criteria for a 5 star rating. Rising test scores, caring adults, and community support-- all of the ingredients are at this "hidden jewel"school.

This school is not okay. I have had way more problems then any other school I have gone to. I have been called names that are unmentionable. I have also got my phone stolen and almost into fights. But, the teachers are amazing........

Reeves is smaller than the other Middle schools in the district which has its ups and downs. The administration is really great. They are very strong on anti-bullying, and are visible in the halls- not to pick on kids, but to make sure all the kids know they're under supervision- which I think is good. In general, there are really nice kids there, but of course, these are Middle School kids, there are still some cliques. Mr Sebring (math), Mr Anderson (science) and Mrs Sartori (orchestra) are fabulous teachers.

Reeves is an amazing school. Students are very nice and very smart. Great test scores for WASL. And great teachers. The facility was amazing and at orientation I was definitely impressed. A great school for 6th-8th grade students. Students learn much and get to know so many other great children. I would definitely reccomend to another family.
