Horrendous, at this point I do not understand why we waste money on you through taxes, I will do everything I can in order to give free choice of schools and put the public system out of business you are destroying the future generation to protect a generation that has lived a full happy life. You are punishing students for wanting to have friends and you are promoting the laziest approach to teaching I have ever seen in my entire life!

3 hour online sessions and then lay all the schooling on the parents up your game.
Posted: November 3, 2020
Full classes in one online session a day no help for kids that need more than that, no socialization sessions where kids can develop relationships.

They are teaching our kids how to be anti social sponges not develop them as free thinking individuals!

You are using outdated methods to teach boys and girls the same way. They don't learn the same way boys cannot sit still and pay attention with no stimulation or social interaction for hours. Then if they act out we are doing this unhealthy passive aggressive punishment through the parents... We are the only people our kids have right now and I will not punish my kid for being a kid.

I think the teachers and learning environment are positive and I appreciate the effort of the staff to make their education positive.

I feel like there is an adequate amount of school work for both of my kids to complete. They don't feel overwhelmed when they do it.
Posted: September 9, 2020
So far all the teachers have been very responsive to any questions or concerns that arise. The principal and office staff are friendly and available to talk with at any time.

My kids both know and comprehend what it means to be a zeiger student and the positive impact they can have at the school.

The environment feels positive and welcoming whenever I am there.

My kids have not had issues with bullying.

Awful. 3rd grade teacher is spiteful by withholding homework, lied about one parent to the other and refuses to work with both parents in a divorce situation.

3rd grade teacher withholding a students homework from the residential parent bc of personal connection with non residential parent is absurd.

Principal is okay but be prepared to escalate any issues to the district administration office to get things done.

My students never experienced bullying in this school, so I cannot speak to this experience. They did, however, learn how to write effectively with description, voice, and proper grammatical conventions. They also improved their math, reading, and science scores each year that they attended Zeiger Elementary. They were well-prepared for Junior High. Overall, our experience at Zeiger was positive socially and academically.

As a grandparent of a kindergartener and retired para educator, I am thrilled with Zeiger! The staff is friendly, his teacher is caring and my grandson is excelling and loves school. This school has it together for kids. It's so important for kids to love school and learning and these kids do.

The entire staff is wonderful, caring and involved. Classroom size is manageable (22) compared to other schools in the district. And my child is excelling and developing a love for school, making great friends and allowed to be her quirky self.

We loved this school and were sad to leave. The teachers were always caring and open to communication. The administration was always on top of things and even know the kids by name!

This is a great school. My children (K5 & 3rd grade) excelled at Zeiger and we really miss it after relocating. Wish we could bring the school with us! Office staff treats you like family and you are never a bother to them, whether you are or not. :) Great teachers who are kind to students and work hard to see them excell in their school work. You can walk the halls of this school and see by the time spent on bulletin boards and hanging up art work that the staff cares about their students. This is how every school should operate. Huge round of applause!!!

Both my boys attend this school. One is in first grade, the other is 4 and in their special needs AM program. this school got my youngest son who has speech apraxia and only talking with only a few words. They had him speaking sentences within 3 months. Which was a huge deal to our family. He still has a very long road ahead with speech and sensory yet I trust this school SO much with both of my sons. The staff is so friendly and they all do their jobs right and put your child first. No wonder why they are a school of excellence. I am reluctant to ever move from this school for fear I won't find one that meets my current standards.

Love, love, love this school! As a military family, I was concerned with my child's integration into the school. Found Zeiger to be very warm and friendly along with meeting my child's needs both emotionally and academically. Lots of opportunity for parental involvement and extra curricular activities for the children. Will be sad to leave the school when we have to move.
