About 2 two years ago my parents enrolled me to this school but then when I came out I fell very behind and I had to catch up to other students. Also beware of this school because they are very gender sided because they will let the girls not be in trouble but the boys get in trouble more so I do not recommend going to this school

For the most part the teachers here are horrible, they bully students, then when the students tell the parents and the parents confront the staff these "adults" retaliate on the students. The teachers also gossip about parents to the students. The principal is condescending, yet they claim to be good Christians. Where is it in the Bible that it states it's okay to treat people like this? I must be missing something.

Both of my children attended Northwest Christian School from K-8th grade. The teachers are loving and kind. Because the school and class size is small, they got the individual attention that helped them be successful. The entire staff knows every child and helps cultivate a "family feel". Recently they hired 2 learning support specialists that can help the children that are falling behind. The admin staff seem to be right on any behavioral issues that arise. No school is perfect, but this school seems to have most of the pieces in place to bring kids academic and social/emotional success.

This school is amazing, my daughter attended here, her teacher was kind and loving and sweet and incredibly helpful. The principal is very caring and communicative. Their reaching is so much better than public school, my daughter recieved so much one on one help, they are an amazing group of people. From violin teaching, to piano and gymnastics. And wow the performances they put on are just lovely!! My daughter felt so loved at this school. Everyone went above and beyond to make her feel welcome!! I would not ever choose another school in the area! Bless everyone at this school and thank you for loving all the students and caring for them like you do!

The teachers and staff here really care about their students. Our kids are on their 5th and 3rd year here and it has been nothing short of amazing. The teachers reach you via text or email with any questions or concerns as they arise, if you so desire. Our conferences are so short because the communication throughout the year is great! They are incredibly attentive and because of the small class sizes, they address each individual student needs as appropriate.
There is a monthly newsletter with birthdays listed- something you won't find at public schools. My kids enjoy the music program, carnival, and holiday music and singing concerts. The facility itself is newer and spacious, with Kinder, Pre-k and, preschool classrooms with their own bathrooms within the classroom so they don't have to share with older kiddos.
It is Christian based and not just Adventist so the foundation for my kids has been set and we could not be happier with this school.

This school is actually a very nice and clean school. The education is amazing from pre-k all the way to 6th grade. But in 7th and 8th grade, my child went from straight A's to no A's at all, they even gave an F. There is homework almost everyday and it is due the very next morning at exactly 8:30. I do recommend this school, but try to avoid joining the 7th and 8th grade.

This school is the worst, I would recommend that you should not pick this school it sucks. There is no way christian hospitality is shown here this is the worst school I have been to . I would give this school zero stars. This school is really gender base they let girls get away with anything and get boys in trouble for simple things like standing out of line. I would not go to this school because you will fell left out if you are a boy because they treat girl and women like there royalty. Then they treat boy like dart and trash that is why this school should named Northwest Girls Academy . This school made for girl when are old principle left. This school turned in a bad way. One time I had to be in the office for not standing by someone who calls me names and is really annoying. Please do not pick this school it is not worth $7,500 a year . This school is not trustworthy because there word means nothing here . One example at the end of every mouth they would give the top lunch class a prize for the last three mouth they have not done that. Please take this warning and please share this review.

I sincerely hope that this school has changed in the many years since I attended there. I have dyslexia and executive function disorder that severely effected my performance in the classroom. Instead of giving me any kind of accommodations I was shoved along at the same pace as the other children. My teacher would get tiered of dealing with me so she would send me to the principals office to do my homework and would deprive me of participating in art with my peers, which was the only subject in which I showed promise. The other children made fun of me because they thought that i was less intelligent than them and my teacher knew but never did anything to stop it. By the time I was moved to a public school to accommodate for my needs I was well behind the other children my age. My education suffered three years at this school, All in All I think this school is a disgrace to education and the morals and values Seventh-day adventism.

We made the decision to enroll our children there after a friend took her kids out of a very prominent private school to send them here. This school is amazing. It is small, there is a sense of community there and everyone knows everyone. With that, because it's small, I really haven't seen kids develop any "cliques" but rather kids all circulate in different groups. I find the coursework sufficiently challenging for our daughter, and appreciate that she is allowed to do higher grade level education if needed within her grade level. I am so grateful for the ability to do gymnastics & private music lessons within the school day to help cut down on the running-around after school. We can actually spend time as a family and relax together. It's a huge blessing to be a part of this community.
