I love ACS! This school has been amazing for my child’s confidence and growth. The teachers are educated and qualified per state requirements and love each student where they are at. Any concerns I have had have been handled with promptness, respect, and love. The staff all have great relationships and they speak highly of each other as a body of Christ. I can’t speak enough good things about this school.

I am disappointed on how this school handles your concerns with teachers or the questions with the curriculum. The teachers don’t have teaching degrees it’s usually students that attend parents or staff they find. also they keep raising tuition when they don’t have staff that’s equipt to deal with real life issues that come up. I’m very disappointed with this school.

The staff is kind and operates as a body of Christ. The curriculum is up to date and Christ centered. My children have thrived at the school and absolutely adore their teachers. They have always taken the time to hear me when I have had questions, and handled them in a respectful way.

Learning: State test at the end of the year and science "teacher" states: " We did not study it indeed" when most of the class receives a low grade. Same "teacher" shares with his students that he dropped from college. Bible study teacher refused to explain to his students the most difficult test questions when parent (me) and grandparent (Bible school teacher in Denver CO) asked him about it. Same teacher shared with his student that "doing a wedding photosession he made much more than teaching in this school". Only few teachers are enthusiastic about making education valuable and Christian. It sends an essentially wrong message to their pupils.

Social emotional support: My daughter was coming home in tears because of her classmate making derrogatory statements addressed to her in front of the class, sometimes with the teacher present. I emailed the teachers multiple times, and received a word salad in response with the only clear message, suggesting that "the girl should stand up for herself". I went to principals office and talked to the boy with my daughter and principal present. Bullying stopped untill principals son and their classmate shared with the class all we talked about along with disrespectful comments. Principal and most employees have their kids in school, as well as cousins and other relatives. The school board includes relatives as well. I contacted principal about this situation and received the same polite and meaningless response as before. Several situations involving stolen and placed in someone's backpack expensive phone (the school administrator assured me it was just the game "they are flirting with each other, taking and hiding the items such as waterbottles", pictures of the teacher edited in inapropriate way and posted on some chat made me feel disgusted with this establishment and significantly shook my child's faith in "Christianity as a paramount of the school education".
Last day of school party and boys "dare" girls to kiss each other, which some of them do. My kid felt distressed and refused to participate, calling me and asking to pick her up.
As a parent I want to make you aware that this school has no descrition regarding potential students and is not equipted with a single professional teacher or counsellor, experienced in dealing with teens.

Love this school! Yes, it's small and the facility is older, but it has such character (it was actually a farm years ago!) The staff is caring and really loves the Lord. It's wonderful how everything is Christ-centered, including all of the curriculum. Is it perfect? Of course not, because nothing is perfect. But it's close! It has all of the qualities and important basics of a Christian school. It really has a family-feel. ACS is a blessing to our family and to our child.

It was an eye opening experience. This school is very run down. The lack of Godly leadership was a huge problem. The way they handle situations were not in line with Christian character. The schools concerns seemed to be more focused on their public image then their love for one another. There were clicks, slander going on, and lots of negativity. The books are years outdated, ripped up and written in. They say that there is no money to buy books, yet each family had to pay a $260 book fee for each child enrolled at the beginning of the year. They ask for money often through fund raising and say that being part of this school means that it is your duty to give to the school outside of your regular tuition. They are falling apart and their enrolment is dropping each year. There are way better Godly, academically driven, and better organized Christian schools out there. You should really question whether to put your money and your childs education in this schools hands.

The outdated books, lack of supplies and money hinder the teaching environment.

The leadership is not trained in the proper functions to run a school effectively and successfully. When it comes to budgeting, communication, family support, and bulling they lack in training.

When it comes to bulling, the kids who's parents help out a lot at the school get away with everything because they are chummy with the staff. The kids that are getting bullied, their claims are not taken seriously and are told such things as "Oh I'm sure he didn't mean to do that, or that doesn't sound like him, etc".

Arlington Christian school is and continues to be a blessing in our lives. When our child was getting to the age of starting school, I started to do my research. I could not have found a better fit. The staff is so welcoming and make you feel like God has truly lead you here. I believe my child is in a place where everybody there loves him and cares about his well being. The entire school is like a family. We all care about all of the children. Not only is my child getting the best Christian education, but he is getting the education to be better person in life. Thank God there is a place out there where I feel safe in knowing he is where he is meant to be.

Arlington Christian School is an amazing place for my child! I cannot say enough good things about ACS. This school prepares my child to be a servant of God in a wonderful family atmosphere. My child is thriving in the learning environment, as the school works on the whole child (academic, spiritual and social) IN SMALL CLASS SIZES. The teachers are superior and are dedicated to providing excellence, academics and spirituality. They are organized, intelligent, responsive, communicative, approachable, Christ loving and adore all the children. They seem to have a personal investment in each child and really cared that our kids were comfortable here. They are extremely dedicated and not only teaching academics to our children but Bring up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6. They not only talk, but they walk the walk. For my children this is the best place that I could have found. The administrator is amazing, loving, caring. The school welcomes and encourages parent participation with volunteering. This school gives excellent academics, safe, loving, affordable, comfortable place for my 6 year old child.

Arlington Christian School is amazing, a true diamond in the rough! You won't find fancy overpriced facilities or overcrowded classrooms. What you will find are highly qualified teachers that give your child the individual attention they deserve. You will also find that your child will thrive in a "Christ Like" atmosphere and structured learning environment. Arlington Christian's teachers are committed to educating and enriching each and every student and offer a variety of outings/field trips to broaden their horizons. Our parents are committed to the needs of the school and staff and are actively involved in all school functions and activities. This is the school for you if: - Your looking for Educators who will work with your child s individual learning style. - Will teach the word of the Lord and help your child understand what that means in today's world and how to apply it to everyday living. - Is affordable and will not break the bank. - Looking for a safe environment where your child will thrive to their full potential. I am a parent of 6 children from ages 22 to 1. I've experience a variety of educational settings with my children and I would choose ACS every time!
