This is a great school where the teachers are really committed to making sure the kids learn in a fun environment. My son has been going here for two years and is way ahead of his peers who go to a public school. They do have high expectations, so unless you are ready to accept that your child isn't always perfect don't go here.

The owner and some of the staff are not honest and do not treat the students fairly.

Unless your child is very well-behaved, do not send your child here! The staff are not properly trained on how to address social and emotional development.

Lynette is very unethical. She makes decisions based on hear say and slanderous comments. I was told I cannot volunteer a week and a half after she was excited and approached me this year about volunteering with my step daughter's class. She allowed another parent at the school to reverse her decision based on nothing but false hearsay and discrimination. I was told that our family was the only family where the step parent cannot volunteer. I was also told by Lynette she can "do what she wants because it's a private school". Both myself and my husband are very disappointed. I will never recommend this school. Being a local business owner myself I would never compromise my ethics simply to appease another client.

An excellent school. The small class sizes and break away groups for different subjects allow each child to work at their own level. The teachers and specialists are great at getting the kids excited to learn. I love how excited my kids are to go to school each morning and how excited they are to tell me all about what they did when I pick them up in the afternoon. Science is an especially big hit!

Fantastic! The kids get a great education in all subjects. Not just common core. Each class has break away groups for each subject. If you child excels on one subject but not another, they get to be continually challenged or receive help where needed. The teaching is great. Most subjects especially science are hand on activities and the field trips are numerous. We are happy to pay the tuition.

I have had my child here for two school years coming from a public school. Here she thrives and is happy. I love the small class sizes, dedication of the staff and special programs not found within public school. I am very happy I made the switch and will be sending my other children here as well when they are old enough.

This is the first year my daughter has attended this wonderful private school (The Academy that serves grades K-6). They have top-notch certified teachers that truly love teaching and care about providing the best educational experience possible for students. My daughter is receiving a well rounded education and being adequately challenged. Her learning not only includes an emphasis on reading and math, but she also has the opportunity to participate regularly in specialist such as Science, Spanish, Art, Music, Tennis, & P.E. Students attend field trips regularly to enhance their learning and also participate in many community activities. There is now a PTO with a very supportive parent group. The Academy also hosts additional events like a Winter Program, Spring Musical, Science Fair, All Academy Camp Out, Parent Nights, and so much more. We are truly grateful that we found this school and feel it is the best in our area. We highly encourage other families to check out all of the great things happening at this school.

Serendipity Academy has been a great school for my kids. The small class sizes and ability for the teachers to teach to the child has allowed for my child to far exceed her grade level in all areas. I could go on and on about the great benefits of the school, but one of the greatest things about the school are the science and arts program which have allowed the students to explore learning in a way a lot of elementary schools don't do. The administration and owner are always available and very responsive to requests for such things as Spanish classes, doing what they can to incorporate new experiences for the students and handle any issues that may arise in an open manner. In addition to the school programs, there is a wonderful support network of parents at this school who have shared interest in ensuring that the educational experience of the children extends beyond the classroom. I would encourage any parent to check out the school for your student, you won't be disappointed.
