I am currently having an issue with my child being targeted by a faculty member at this school. Admitted by this individual themselves my son has a history of being a good and well behaved student. There was an incident at the start of the year on the bus involving a bully, and in that incident all the other staff had a strong u derstanding of what happened except for this individual, and they wrongly tried to make my son the focal point of the situation. The incident was handled appropriately due to the other staff, but since this happened this faculty member seems to have an uncomfortable focus on my son. Today they even tried to accuse my son of "vandalism"(putting a condom wrapper on a car?), and the evidence was a choppy video that not only showed my child and their friend walking by and pointing at the car, but a whole group of students by the car for the same amount of time. Again it was an extremely choppy video and when I pointed out that those students had the same opportunit they told me I didn't see that with my own eyes. Then tried to claim something further of placing a stick in the same car on another occasion, and said my son admitted doing so. My son corrected them and stated that he had messed around with a stick and didn't remember where he left it but it was probably on the ground somewhere. I asked for video of this, and first this person tried to say the car was parked somewhere else and was corrected by another faculty. Then the reason was "busses in the way". Then it was "the stick was placed in the car through an open window". No disciplinary action could be taken against my son,but being disturbed by how hard they were trying added with other incidences I tried to make a complaint to the district about this faculty member trying to target my son. When I stated that they were unable to take disciplinary action on my son the person I was speaking to at the district office hung up on me. Other students being bullies is one thing, but a member of your staff is targeting a student and the district refuses to address the issue.

Hands down one of the best middle schools in the area. From the teachers, staff and students a well rounded program. Fun activities and support when needed.

Yes and multiple options for support after school and dates/times dedicated to subjects. All thats required is the student putting forth the effort and time. We greatly benefited from the one on one time after school.

We are on our fourth and final child Thru this middle school, all of the teachers weve had the privilege of having are supportive, find solutions if your child is even remotely struggling, provide great structure and support when needed and all for enough independence to build confidence. So thankful for our experiences here, so far everyone left this school prepared for the rigors of HS.

My experience in this school is really bad, teachers are always mad even if you do your homework and i don´t wonder if students get into the suicide because teachers are the makers for our future and if the teachers don´t give the enthusiasm that they are so supposed to give students are not gonna learn in a good way and about bully there is a lot of bully and teachers doesn´t even care the only think that they do is put papers on the wall saying stuff like Bully isn´t savage and they keep treating middle schoolers like if they were kindergarten like literally i said shut up once and they send me to the hallway, this has to stop.

I highly dislike this school so very much. I started school here last year thinking it would be an awesome time with new friends. Majority of the students gossip, spread rumors and judge every student. If you don't mind having low self esteem deep into the year then you can come to meadowdale. Some of the teachers here are very fun and love their students that's why there's 1 star but there's a few that give attitude. A lot of stuff a students shouldn't be involved in happens here. And a lot of people I know have transferred schools because all of this drama. I don't recommend meadowdale as a first choice. -student

I continue to be impressed with the dedicattion of MMS staff. Teachers work together in teams and continuously look for ways to enhance student learning. They know how to make learning fun as well as challenging. Plus the new school is beautiful learning environment. My student has grown so much thanks to the caring staff.
