This school has served our son very well. He was very nervous to begin middle school and Mr. Harrington and Mr. Perkins have gone out of their way to shepherd the new kids into middle school. He is enjoying the extra stimulation and is excited about all things science and math. Robotics has been a wonderful part of his after-school extra curricular activities. We could not be more happy that our son attends here. We could not have asked for a better middle school environment for our son to learn in. Kudos to the teachers, coaches, counselors and leadership for this amazing school.

I have a special needs student who has attended for the last 2 years. He went from having minimal behavior issues, and honor roll to a sudden severe increase in behaviors requiring a BIP. Most Staff try very hard if you never stop advocating. School district does not support Staff or students without litigation. Typical, non-struggling child I would say this was a great school, any student that may be struggling, absolutely not.

My 7th grader just entered AMS and loves school. We just moved to Anacortes and it has made a difference in his life. I see him with more passion and drive than he had last year.
