I was so lucky that my daughter won in the Lott to get in this school. She has loved all of the teachers that she has had so far (been there 2022 to now). All the teachers have been very helpful with all my questions and issues that I had ran into with studying and problems with other students. Administration was great to handle the issue with the other student we ran into when the teacher did all she could. Over all I would recommend this school to everyone!

Yes my son has learning disabilities and I could not be more pleased with the help that he gets. He is not treated different because of his differences. Most importantly communication is very clear and open between staff, him and myself.

Bullying is not tolerated. Staff, including administration, want to be aware of any situation.

Most students are given time to finish in class, especially middle/upper grades. Elementary grades focus on reading and spelling, not just busy work.

Teachers at Chatham Charter have a true passion to teach. Teachers are very approachable and willing to assist students

My boys love being a part of CC. They are challenged academically but encouraged and supported by all of the staff there. Administrators welcome questions or concerns from both students and parents. They seem to have a genuine concern for every student in the school and is willing to do whatever they can for each child to succeed. We could not be happier with the experience we have had at this school.

My daughter is in the 3rd grade and gets time for HW at school. We review HW together but this gives free time at home and more time to read at home. I love that we aren't stressed with staying up late doing HW and it teaches her responsibility to get her homework done when she has time at school to do it.

The teachers at CC care for their students and do an AMAZING job!! Part of their effectiveness is the fact that it seems there's a high level of parental involvement ensuring kids study at home too. I think this helps teachers have time to focus on each student equally.

CC is academically challenging but also helps kids build character by offering clubs, sports, and MANY fundraising events not just for the school. My daughter has also learned a lot from playing sports at CC and is another way for students to bond with each other and teachers.

My daughter loves the HM Dr. Eldridge and Mrs. Foushee. We see them EVERY day interacting with the kids and parents. CC seems to get better each year.

My daughter had an IEP for 2 1/2 years. She is out of the IEP now because of the excellent IEP teaching staff and the support of her regular teachers also.

Most of my daughters classmates have been the same since K and it's a small school so I think that closeness makes bullying difficult to go unnoticed compared to large schools. I think if bullying became a problem in my daughters class it would be handled similar to other behavioral issues in my daughters class.

My daughter is excelling at CC. I was worried how her hyperactivity would affect her academically and socially but she is doing well in school, loves her friends and all her teachers which makes me so grateful she goes to CC.

My student was bullied and have witnessed teachers/ coaches/ administrators bullying students.

Absolutely horrible. This school only cares about it's test scores and pushing out any student who isn't the ideal student.

I can't even think of one positive thing! This school has taken so much from my kids, their confidence, their eagerness to learn, and their happiness. This school is horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

My son has multiple learning disabilities and this school has treated him like garbage. If your not like all the other kids and college ready by your junior year your basically thrown to the curb.

This is by far the best school in Chatham County. With the new high school addition, I know that my children will be in the best possible learning environment their entire school career. From the excellent teachers, small classes, wonderful learning environment and the headmaster who is always there to listen, Chatham Charter sets the bar high for the surrounding schools.

This school has been wonderful for my student. The small number of students in each class allows for lots of individual student attention. The teachers are the best I've encountered and helped my child to grow two full grade levels in reading. They also challenge my child in math, which is her area of strength. The administration is very supportive and create a real family feeling for the students and their parents. Sending my student here was the best decision I've made.
