"Whispering Winds"

Excellent neighborhood where kids can ride their bikes/play due to the extra wide size of the roads unlike most in Whispering Pines, people frequently walk their animals in the cooler parts of the morning/evening, and an excellent community watch. Meet some great neighborsl when we moved in who helped carpooling for our middle and high schooler activities. The HOA is great, VERY minimal expense but keeps a strong voice where needed for improvements such as drainage ditches, safety, etc required by goverment entities. Excellent location for bus pick up/drop off for the safety of children

"Nice Family Neighborhood"

A nice small development with a uniform curb appeal. Homes are partial brick with siding.
Homes built in late 1990s and early 2000s.
Nice mature landscaping. Nice mix of families along with some retirees, and a few duplexes also, which is unusual for Whispering Pines
Quiet with little to no through traffic, so friendly to walkers/bike riders.
