They try and not push to much homework. Parents need to get more involved in their child’s education is the problem.

I despise and detest this school, especially its administrators= the principal, assistant principal, and administrative assistant. If I could give a rating of -0 I would. If you want to be involved in your chikd's educational development and your are of any other nationality other than white, do not register your child in this God forsaken school!!!

They discourage parent involvement and do not communicate school educational foundation to parents.

There are some good teachers, however, there are some teachers that do not encourage and edify their students.

Administration from principal to administrative assistant are very unprofessional and rude. They are judgemental, a little racist, and closed minded.

The teachers have a genuine concern for the children. The school administration has addressed any of our concerns in a timely and appropriate manner. Carthage Elementary is the hidden gem of the Moore County Public School system.

I have a child at Carthage Elementary. Carthage Elementary is an Awesome school. We have so many innovative ideas on teaching academics and social skills. The teachers, parents and students are awesome. We are a family and we treat each other as such. We love the students as our own and do everything we can to support them.

As a military spouse, I have had kids in schools all across this country and this is one of the best schools we have been in. It is led by a dynamic principal who is constantly working to bring the best to his students. This year we were able to get an iPad for every student to use at school. The teachers my children have had are well trained, have great mastery of classroom management and best of all,my kids love them. The PTO has caring, committed parents and never have I seen a school and PTO work so well together. LOVE THIS SCHOOL!

Being brand new to the area, we were reluctant to send our kids to CES. We are happy to report that we are very pleasantly surprised and impressed with some amazing teachers as well as fantastic staff that goes out of their way to help with issues. We have 3 children in this school and do not hesitate to recommend this sweet school to any family!
