I would prefer that you inform parents of surveys that ask THEIR children personal questions on a survey, whether it is a third party or not, without parents seeing the survey first. I hope every parent that has a child attending this school asks their kids what survey they took today 12/15/2022 and the questions that were asked. I know I found out through my child, and I am not amused. I have had a few problems with this school in the past and am doing my best to let them correct discrepancies. I must give a shout-out to Mr. Bruton and Assistant Principal Reed for collaborating with my daughter. However, and big However, I will not put up with schools asking personal questions that they have no business asking. I will one hundred percent expect schools to inform me and send me a copy of the survey that my child is about to take before they take them. If this is not addressed this will be brought up to higher channels and the public arena. Overall, the school has been decent, but this is a big red flag for me.

I have a 6th grader at SanLee who loves his school because of his two dedicated teachers. They both go out of their way to communicate with us after school hours and on weekends. They make math and reading videos that are helpful to my son and to me, as a parent. He has frequently come home talking about the fun, hands-on projects he is doing in social studies and science. My son has a lot of work, but it is meaningful and constructive and not just typical busywork.

My son attends San lee middle school and is in the 6th grade. The transition to middle school has been smooth. His teachers have been understanding and available when needed. The principal is VERY devoted to this school. She goes beyond what is expected of her as a principal. I am very satisfied with my experience so far.

SANLEE is amazing. I have worked in helped out in many schools and never have I seen such a devoted staff that welcomed me with open arms. As a teacher, I am supported by my principal and other staff. This community effects the students positively. All staff goes above and beyond for their students and will truly do whatever it takes for their success.

SanLee is an amazing school because of the people. The staff cares about all the children and ensures they have anything needed to be successful. There a clubs and sports to provide a safe and positive environment for students after school and assist in securing a way for our children to feel a sense of belonging. We offer free tutoring and homework sessions for all students. Parents and community are welcome members of our school family. We have an active PTSO which supports our efforts to provide "whatever it takes" for our students to RISE in the Stallion Nation.

San Lee Middle School renews my confidence in the education system. There is enthusiasm and dedication flowing from staff members. Students are all encouraged to succeed and be successful. Differences are praised. Principal, Betsy Bridges exudes her own contagious enthusiasm as she believes in her staff and students. She reaches out through social media to connect and create a school family. The staff is so willing to be involved. School pride is evident and there is something for everyone. To sum it up I would use the word.....positive!

Excellent place to teach and learn! A student centered positve environment, where ALL decisions are made in the best interest of children. Kids genuinely are proud to be a part of stallion nation. They respect a place where both students and teachers are held to a high level. Go Stallions!

This school is awful! The principal treats everyone bad, the teachers are allowed to talk to the students anyway they want an the children can not say anything unless they get in trouble. I have seen an heard teacher's talk about students an their parent's when they leave!
