"Sweet spot to rent or buy in Cheyenne"

Sunrise is in the east part of Cheyenne and has the perfect suburban feel. Homes are well-maintained, there is a large park nearby making it great for kids, families and pets and the area maintains its value well if you're looking to buy.

Buyers often keep their homes and rent them out in this part of town, as the rental market is strong in Cheyenne.

Large, well maintained streets make parking and driving easy - versus tight, cramped downtown streets.
Commute to base or town and more amenities is easy, and can hop on I-80 or Pershing Ave.

Overall great area to live when stationed at FE.
