Who doesn’t love Mexican food? Well, at least margaritas, right? The food options throughout the Monterey Bay area were some of the best things we encountered during our stay in California and Mexican cuisine is represented heartily. With the gorgeous weather, it just makes sense for Pensacola to be an active city. People are always out walking, biking, or just enjoying the sun. There are also many runners in Pensacola, as well as 5K/10K races and half/full marathons. However running is not limited to the athletic. Carmel-by-the-sea, or commonly known as Carmel, was recently voted by Travel +Leisure magazine as one of the most romantic cities in the world and in 2013 was voted by Condé Nast Traveler as the United States’ 6 th favorite city . During the growing season, Kitsap County is home to an array of Farmers' Markets that make it possible to visit one almost any day of the week!
