This complex was nice at the beginning, definitely "you get what you pay for" type place. However, we were infested with bats along with a few of our neighbors. My husband was deployed and the manager let my infant son and I live in the apartment while bats were literally flying over our heads for days. She insisted it was safe, never offered any help, and was completely rude once I stated I would be moving. This experience led to both my son and I receiving the rabies series. The complex continued to be rude after our experience and still insisted it was safe to have multiple bats in our apartment, even though it resulted in the rabies series. Numerous of my husbands commanding officers called the complex, while they were protecting our country overseas, and begged them to help us and the manager was extremely rude to them also. This complex not only puts their residents safety to the side but they also have zero respect for our military members and their families.
