Military Online Rentals - Renting Online The term “slum lords” is typically used for poorly run management groups, which often have expensive rents and low quality housing. We like to think these companies don’t exist, but unfortunately they do exist and usually prey on military families. To help you avoid this nightmare, I have put together a few tips on how to find military rentals online. In our last two moves, we were looking to rent and both times we did not do a house hunting trip. It wasn’t feasible and we didn’t have the time. They do it all, and they do it well. Find Your Escape - Best Spa in Pensac... read more

My husband had been stationed here for training a few years back and I would occasionally fly in on the weekends to visit him. I always thought it was a nice area. Maybe not a ton to do, but it was survivable. Fast forward three and a half years, and two kids later. We’re now at Fort Leonard Wood full-time. I stay home with the girls while hubs goes to work. I no longer get to fly out once the weekend is over and now I have two little one... read more

There really are things to do in Jacksonville. Hire a babysitter and head out for the night! Jacksonville is a small town but there are still plenty of things to do in Jacksonville, NC for date night! Almost every major chain restaurant can be found on Western Boulevard : Chili’s , Olive Garden , Cheddars , Longhorn Steakhouse , Red Lobster , Cracker Barrell and more! We frequent Chili’s and Cracker Barrel, but our favorite date night restaurant is Hakata. Dinner Hakata is a short drive from Western Boulevard, on Onslow Drive. It is a Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar. Both the sushi and the ... read more
