"WaterWays Township"

WaterWays Township is a gated community on 2400 Acres. Draped with hundred year old oak trees, WWT is an oasis of the South. Some of the amenities include The Cottenham Trail that leads to Red Bird Creek (here you can see the barrier islands!), A pool, Park, Dog waste stations, The Grand Lagoon where you can canoe, kayak, paddleboat, boat (with electric trolling motor only), and walking paths. The gates greet you with gas lanterns and a billboard that always tells the latest news. There is a very active HOA. The HOA fees range from $55-$83 (2016) a month. You will find cottage style homes in Ridgewood Park, Executive homes on WaterWays Parkway and Estate homes in Long Creek. Residents are very active getting together for multiple groups such as Bible Studies, Bunko etc. Great place to live!
