"Horrible place to live!"

This is by far the worst place we have ever lived. We have had PCS orders 10 times between the two of us. This area is the worst. People are very rude and nasty. There is no such thing as southern hospitality here. We live with people who don't care to keep their dogs on a leash and don't pick up the poop. Our neighbors have broken our property, thrown dead turkey in our bushes, stole our delivered packages, play loud music every night and day, stole stuff from our cars, and everyone speeds through the subdivision. There are stray cats everywhere as well as neighbors cats roaming around, climbing into our yard. People don't say hello or wave nor welcome you to the neighborhood. It's sad to live here.

"Friendly neighborhood with park and pool"

White Oak is a very family and military friendly neighborhood. Located right in Richmond Hill city center, practically everything you need is within a two-mile radius. The subdivision has a playground, pool, and fishing pond that are all well maintained. The HOA hosts events such as decorating contests and movies in the park.
